Desmond at Wilshire is a convenient location in the city and the people that live here are friendly and helpful. The area has walking distance to everything from groceries to hair salons and even lounges.

The Desmond is a wonderful community residence for young professionals to excel. Great amenties and we’ll maintained. The staff is exquisite and personable. Esther, the community manager, runs an amazing show and makes you feel at home. All requests are well received by staff and always handled in a timely manner.

The staff and mgmt make living here so easy and comfortable. They really care about you and your experience and always willing to help! I’ve never had that type of experience at a rental property before and it’s such a relief. Also the Bomplex amenities and the Auite itself is quite upkept and in good condition!

Overall, safe, maintenance, leasing office skills and professionals needs to be a little more improved. It used to be safe zone around the apartment but nowadays You've got many people smoking in side of the apartment so security wise needs to be improved too. Overall maintenance such as building painting repairmen for a common area are pretty slow.

From looking at the property, to signing the lease with Blanca, Desmond has been an amazing experience this far. Their entire team is friendly, efficient and really cares about you. I worth checking out this place 20/10.

The Desmond is the most convenient building in the city. As a pedestrian you can get to any service by foot in 10 minutes and the neighborhood is safe and growing. The building is very well maintained. I see cleaning and maintenance regularly and nothing is left sitting around. The building smells so good and the lobby is gorgeous. Inside the building I'm always surprised how quiet it is. I rarely hear anyone, and I love hearing the water fountain in the courtyard and the music in the lobby and clubhouse. It's very peaceful. The staff has been really nice and helpful with questions and all the tenants I've met are young professionals who are friendly, mostly keep to themselves but no crazy parties. Tenants seem respectful of the property and keep a calm environment. The amenities are wonderful but never busy or too full. The units are well designed, great quality details and comfortable. I'm enjoying living her very much.
