I have lived in really nice buildings across Los Angeles, but this one is by far my favorite (which is why I have been here longer than the other locations. The amenities are great, staff is phenomenal, bars/brunch spots are walking distance, restaurants and park are down the street. This area and this building is really a gem, but honestly you have to live here to understand the value. Highly recommend!

Overall very happy here. Staff and maintenance are great and issues are resolved promptly. Ammenities are great and very close to restaurants, supermarkets and great shopping venues like The Grove. The building is kept very clean and I highly recommend!

Desmond has gone downhill and now a grimy tenement. mgmt doesn't seem to give a toss about its residents and only about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$?

I’ve really enjoyed living here as the community is peaceful, well-kept, and conveniently located. The staff is always friendly, quick to respond, and they truly make an effort to create a welcoming environment for residents.

A bit not worth the price with good amenities and terrible wifi. Amazing staff though— great at their jobs. A lot of small things don’t work but could be easily fixed: elevators, cleanliness of shared furniture, the butterfly Mx security system. Packages all around the mailroom that get stolen. I cleaned HVAC system (lots of dust).

I want to open the door to let air into the apartment without insects entering the apartment, and this is not available. It is very necessary to make an insect repellent for the door.

isn't that Gantastic they try but they fall short in customer service and resident appreciation. The rents keep on going up and their Maintenance Ieems horrible. Glad I moved out and don't have to deal with their fakeness anymore.
