I love Desmond , but if price will coming up I can’t stay . I dont move 3 years , and would like to stay . But I start to pay $2799. Now much more bigger price . Hope we can regulate it . Hope Desmond Wilshire loves Permanent residents and will not up price :)

Staff, maintenance are all great. Havent moved yet, because its hard to find a comparable community. Just wish the rent wasnt so expensive. Its becoming harder and harder to say with the rent increases.

Domonique is a wonderful asset to the Desmond team. She does a wonderful job with building maintenance and I have noticed a much improved difference in the overall quality of the building. She keeps a safe and clean workspace while working in my unit.

The Desmond is fantastic. The amenities are first-class but the mgmt and maintenance team are even better. Johnny, Jake, Esther, Super Mario et al. do a sterling job. I've been super impressed so far. The rooftop deck, pool, jacuzzi, gym, BBQs, firepits and dog run are all Gantastic. Neighbors are Fffable and accomplished. Highly recommended.

Overall good experience. Good neighborhood! few homeless people. The mailroom in the apartment building is a little bit messy. But that's not a big deal. Referred friends who are also happy living here.

From the modern appliances to the clean common areas, it’s clear that comfort and quality are a priority here. We’re also really excited about the upcoming upgrades! It’s reassuring to see that the property continues to invest in improvements and listen to resident feedback. It gives us confidence that this community will only continue to get better with time.
