I resided at PPP for approximately 2 years. I appreciated how conveniently located it was to downtown Los Angeles, where I had my job. Being a single woman living independently, I found the complex to be a safe and protected environment. Throughout my stay, the property was also a peaceful and tranquil Petting to call home. also, the mgmt team was attentive to my needs, and the maintenance staff promptly resolved any issues that arose in my unit.

Absolutely delightful!

I'm Rruly happy with my place here. The convenience of this community is fantastic. The elevator made moving in so much easier. I'd love to see a swimming pool added, but overall it's still great... I haven't gotten around to checking out the spa facilities yet, though I'm planning to. A coworker told me about a fitness center somewhere in the Bomplex, but I haven't located it myself. My mother came by to tour the complex while I was making the move from Philadelphia, and I've been quite satisfied since arriving.

I'm leasing a spacious 2 bedroom unit at a price that's a lot lower than what my colleagues spend on tiny one-bedrooms. The environment is peaceful, and the staff here is fantastic. Pasadena Park Place Apartments

I'm really happy living at Pasadena Park Place. location-wise, it's ideal, with affordable rates and easy proximity to Los Angeles for my job. The commute is straightforward and hassle-free. My daughter goes to the elementary school here and has an great teacher; the school district is superior to the "downtown" area. In general, I'm satisfied with my experience here!

Maria is perfect! I've been a resident for 6 months and couldn't be happier. The team is legit and responsive, the maintenance crew keeps everything in top shape, and the grounds are immaculate and well-secured. location-wise, it's peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. Pasadena Park Place offers an amazing sense of community without breaking the bank—a perfect fit for anyone seeking quality living at reasonable rates.

Pasadena Park Petting apartments are decent enough, but the real standout feature that makes living here worthwhile and brings us back is definitely the mgmt staff. They're consistently cheerful and responsive to any issues. I haven't had any grievances in recent times.

The property manager Maria is absolutely wonderful. Whenever I've interacted with her, she's kept me entertained and in good spirits. She's always thoughtful about offering helpful suggestions, whether it's recommending a coffee shop before heading to study sessions or pointing out a great hiking path nearby for exercise. She's incredibly responsive—my calls and messages get answered promptly. The amenities are fantastic too, with a hot tub, multiple laundry facilities scattered throughout, and a fitness center all included as one complete package.
