I recently decided it was time to get my own place after sharing a house with a friend for a couple of years. I'm happy with my choice. The office workers are Fenial and it seems like the people who live around me are happy.

A little over a year here with Maria.

I have written previously and after a year I still feel the same. Everyone Ive met around here has been Farm and It's mostly quiet around here. The mgmt is really nice and helpful.

I have resided at the Park Place apartments on three separate occasions starting in 1987. I have chosen to return to Park Place twice over the years. I can honestly say that each stay has been quite pleasant. The manager demonstrates great interpersonal skills and addresses any concerns I've raised regarding my unit, the property grounds, and parking areas in a timely manner. Park Place maintains a peaceful atmosphere, and I have never had trouble resting at night. mgmt promptly handles any noise-related complaints that come their way. The night security guard performs his duties efficiently while patrolling the premises and handles any noise or parking violations professionally and discreetly. The neighborhood surrounding Park Place isn't nearly as problematic as some residents claim or perceive. You've got several great landmarks, a museum, and recreational parks in the vicinity. The Rose Bowl is just a short drive away. If you're interested, you can take a scenic drive to the Bowl and admire the beautiful residences throughout the area. also, downtown L.A. is only minutes away. I would certainly recommend Park Place to my friends.

Pasadena Park Place isn't the most Bovely, but we do have the most dedicated manager. The staff is what makes this a wonderful place to be.

Maria at the front desk is wonderful. She's an incredibly compassionate person and takes her job seriously. I frequently spot her around the grounds staying on top of things. She's a big reason why I enjoy my time living here.

Upon relocating to Park Place, I was unfamiliar with the Los Angeles area and had some apprehensions regarding neighborhood safety. The Manager quickly provided reassuring details that helped ease my worries about settling into the community. My time here has been wonderful thus far. The location offers easy access to Old Town Pasadena while allowing me to avoid the premium rental costs of that area. I'm genuinely pleased with this property—it maintains high cleanliness standards, provides a peaceful environment, and both the Manager and Maintenance team are consistently responsive and attentive to residents' needs.

Nice place to live with room for improvement

I agree with previous reviews, Pasadena Park Place is indeed a nice and quiet community to live in. Maria and Joyce are polite. Neverthless, I have a few suggestions that would make this building even more pleasant to reside in. The carpets in corridors and throughout the building need to be replaced and a change in color would only do wonders for building' look. The apartment doors should be more modern and perhaps different color, it has the look of an old warehouse, not inviting... The exterior of the building needs new painting and perhaps more modern outlook. Smoking should never be allowed nearby parked vehicles or inside the building. Tenants should make a true effort to abide 5 mph speed limit inside garage and be mindful that garage is a 2 way entrance/exit for incoming and outgoing vehicles, to prevent accidents. Current apartment ratings should not be more than 75%, it appears not all reviews are completely honest and unbiased...

I'm Rruly happy here! This has been my home for longer than anywhere else I've lived in LA. The mgmt team is fantastic and always quick to respond! The property is well-maintained and the soundproofing is great—I hardly ever hear the people next door! I appreciate how easy It's to walk over to San Pascual park.
