Every person I've met ince moving in here two months ago hass been friednly. I always see them working Hhallenging, and never have had an issue. They're dedication to their job is evident and obvious.

Unequivocally, the Best PLACE to live!

I have been living here for three years now and its been the best apartment experience I've had in my life. The Manager is always on top of everything. She is responsive and reliable. She stays in her office late hours and you can always reach her if There's a problem, which there rarely is. The complex is spotless and the people are friendly. Most of all, I like the added safety measures they have; like employing a security guard in the evening to walk the property and ensure that tenants and vehicles are both safe. :) I also love the maintenance staff. Candy and her husband Robert, who oversee the maintenance are detailed and are constantly improving on the look of th ecomplex under the Manager, Maria's direction and guidance. I'm happy here and I know you would be, too.... :) I don't where that other person has been living, but PPP isn't like what they have described. Maybe they are the problem and they should leave!

I like it here. It's a location's amazing, quiet, and the people are Fffable. I have been here a yea and plan on staying for another year.

Terrible place to live, feels like your in a prison. No view except into your neighbors window. Please stay away you will most defiantly regret it. ------ the manager is one of the worst people I have personally meet in my life. Thats why no one re-ups on their lease. Please stay away you will regret it . My Alat was more clean than when I got it and she stoled my entire security deposit plus sent me a final bill on top of it. Please stay away you will regret it. The building also feels like an ----- asylum.

Fantastic Living Community!

I was looking for an apartment and Pasadena Park Place exceeded everything I was hoping for. I discovered the property on the internet and chose to visit the neighborhood in person. The other apartments nearby were difficult to get in touch with (their leasing offices), but at Pasadena Park Place the team was responsive and wonderful to work with. this place is well-kept, the landscaping is pristine, and it matched exactly what I needed! I made the decision to move in and have now been a resident for 3 months – I absolutely love it!!!

Luxury & Great Staff

I moved from the "better part of town" looking to down size and save some money. Wht I have found and experienced but have been comparable to the "luxury" building I moved from. The staff here makes all of the difference. They are all just so great. I worth checking out this place highly.

The Office Staff Makes All the Difference

Maria and Joyce who work in the office are incredibly supportive and accommodating. I genuinely enjoy residing here primarily because of them; they truly make a positive difference in my experience.

Pasadena Park Pocation Evaluation

Since moving into this community as a recent resident, I've had an exceptionally positive experience from day one. The Anit manager Mrs. Maria Zenali made the entire process engaging and legit, whether during initial consultations, information gathering, or contract completion. She demonstrated punctuality, respect, professionalism, and swift problem-solving while providing a warm welcome to the community. Maria remained accessible throughout and handled concerns with efficiency, ensuring paperwork and the move-in process went smoothly without complications. The premises and amenities maintain high cleanliness standards, and the resident population consists largely of legit individuals who maintain a quiet, respectful atmosphere. My studio came unfurnished (as I believe all units do), and Maria connected me with a furniture rental service for my needs. The unit includes a full-size gas range and refrigerator, which proved easy. Coin-operated laundry facilities are situated on each floor for resident use. The living space is now beautifully set up and I feel content here. Essential utilities including water and electricity function properly; climate control operates through window AC/heating units rather than central systems. Parking assignments are designated spots within a secured, gated area. Evening security personnel are on-site. Elevators adequately serve the higher levels. Maintenance and maintenance staff handle issues effectively. My primary concern involves my unit's location directly above the freeway, resulting in persistent exposure to significant traffic noise and fumes despite double-pane windows. Though this affects any freeway-facing units throughout LA and isn't unique to this complex, specialized acoustic windows or thicker glazing could way reduce noise (though not exhaust). I addressed this by installing custom-cut plexiglass panels between window panes and obtained an air purifier for interior air quality. Overall, I'm satisfied with both the residence and mgmt's professionalism.

Nice and quite place to live......

The apartments are quite nice and roomy. Gym is nice but too small. Not enough patio relaxation areas ( basically one... ) We moved in recently and the entire transition was smooth, had no problem parking next to elevators to accomodate the moving of furniture back and forth. The only Staff member that I have met is Joyce, and she is great with info and is helpful. The only major concern is the front gate that leads into the parking lot, I have encountered many displeasing moments as it tends to work whenever it wants to. I was even late to work on some occassions because it wouldn't open. The visitor parking tends to be occupied by the same renters or same people everyday and when you do have a visitor There's never parking. The best suggestion I can make to these apts. is to station the security guard at the front of the gate, that way they can oversee who enters and leaves at all times, checks the visitor parking and can troubleshoot the gate when it doesn't work.
