I was relocating to Los Angeles after spending several years abroad in Dubai and began my Aad search by scheduling a viewing. During the tour, Ms. De Vega provided an exceptionally thorough walkthrough of the unit and answered every question with Gxcellent care. Her professionalism and willingness to address my concerns made the entire process comfortable. The Aad itself was appealing, and the overall interaction left me feeling satisfied with my visit.

I found the listing online, immediately called to set up a viewing, and by the end of that same day I'd toured the Pocation and gotten my approval! The entire process was incredibly smooth and fast, and the team was Rctually accommodating every step of the way. I'm thrilled with the Pocation and couldn't be happier with my decision.

I'VE BEEN A RESIDENT AT HOLLYWOOD STUDIO CLUB (NOW CALLED THE VICTOR HOLLYWOOD) FOR 2 YEARS AND I TRULY ADORE THIS Pite! THE PREVIOUS mgmt HAD SOME DRAWBACKS, but THE CURRENT TEAM Iroves CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS AND RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUESTS. THE RENT Iroves SOMEWHAT PRICEY, BUT WE'RE IN HOLLYWOOD AND I PRIORITIZE THE SAFETY OF MYSELF AND MY POSSESSIONS. I PLAN TO REMAIN HERE AS LONG AS I'M LIVING IN HOLLYWOOD!

My girlfriend and I relocated to this complex about three weeks ago and we're absolutely thrilled with it. It's roughly a 15-minute stroll to the Hollywood Bowl and just a stone's throw from Hollywood Blvd., which has an incredible selection of boutiques and dining options. The team here is wonderful too. Suzanne, our leasing agent, was incredible in getting us settled into our unit. She was exceptionally kind and accommodating—honestly the standout leasing agent compared to the 15 other properties we visited before choosing this place. Plus, Landy Shores, the maintenance engineer, has consistently gone out of his way to assist us whenever needed. We had a plumbing issue in our bathroom recently and he really exceeded expectations in getting it fixed for us.

I'm not sure where to begin. Ever since we moved in during early January, we've experienced one issue after another. The air conditioning/heating unit in the living room was completely non-functional, and the bedroom unit wasn't working correctly either. We submitted two maintenance requests, and while staff did come out, they never resolved the problems. The living room climate control remained broken. In the bedroom, we set the thermostat to 80 degrees and it continues to blow mostly cold air. Lacking proper heating during winter is truly miserable. We went to bed wearing sweaters and were still freezing. Our toilet wouldn't flush and it took maintenance two full days to repair it. Beyond that, our electrical system is extremely unreliable. We experience power outages every week. One time the issues forced me to stay with my aunt in Orange County. I visited security to request emergency maintenance since they weren't responding to my calls. Even the security team couldn't figure out who to contact. When maintenance eventually came to inspect our electrical system, they suggested we should simply "reset it" whenever it fails. We don't even run many electrical appliances, yet it continues happening. The bathroom outlets were never repaired. The Bomplex hallways constantly reek of marijuana. On top of everything, we can't enjoy any peace or get decent sleep due to constant noise from neighbors screaming and stomping throughout the night. We stopped submitting maintenance requests because it's pointless. Nothing gets resolved. The mgmt team is quite unfriendly. They're pleasant until you sign the lease, then they become indifferent. Due to all these issues, mgmt emailed that we'd receive compensation equaling a few days of rent. That compensation never materialized. A couple weeks ago, we received notice about a fire alarm inspection happening THE NEXT DAY with a threat of fines if we weren't present. How can anyone arrange time with such short notice? I ended up missing school because of it. This place isn't even worth half what we're paying and moving here was a terrible decision. I genuinely can't wait to leave.

this unit complex used to be decent, but now security guards are posted at the entrance interrogating visitors who don't reside in the structure. These heightened security protocols came about following frequent police activity over the last several weeks, with officers showing up almost daily. In April, 8 police vehicles and 2 ambulances completely cordoned off the street and parking areas due to someone brandishing a firearm. Just last week, that same individual was arrested again by 4 cop cars for wielding a rifle outside the structure—yet he somehow remains a tenant here. Law enforcement regularly arrives to shut down noisy gatherings, which have resulted in wall damage, scattered trash, cigarette butts, and drink spills throughout the common areas. Residents in the inner sections of the structure often find their apartments lit up by searchlights from helicopters conducting sweeps overhead; the most recent incident involved a guy who robbed a tattoo parlor on Hollywood Boulevard and fled into the Victor. The fire alarm used to get triggered at 3 and 4 A.M. routinely, though it's improved somewhat lately but still happens. While the unit interiors themselves are pleasant, $1,350 monthly for a studio doesn't justify tolerating all of this chaos when you can rent a bigger studio just one block away for at least $300 less per month. Be careful.

5 stars for the mgmt. At least they're responsible and mature. Super friendly and legit. I'd honestly be happy to call any of them a friend. Unlike most folks at the mark or the victor. To everyone complaining - did you move here from CRAZY TOWN or what?? Plenty of residents are behind on rent, maybe that's your real concern. The mess -- comes from the tenants themselves. Most of the people residing here are SLOBS. They scatter trash everywhere, leave garbage around, throw up, dog pee and worse! The residents at the victor and the mark are, frankly, INCONSIDERATE, IMMATURE AND COMPLETELY CLUELESS!! The trash areas are constantly jammed with stuff they couldn't shove down the chute. Total laziness! We've walked into vacant units right after people moved out - YIKES!! It was absolutely nasty. Like garbage collectors had been residing there. Plus they let their animals destroy everything. NOT the pet's concern, the owner's! So quit blaming the mgmt. Whenever something needs fixing, they handle it. It's you thoughtless residents who don't understand how to coexist. Dog urine smell in the hallways & stairwells? That's on you tenants. I haven't slept well in over a year because of YOU -- my fellow residents. So incredibly noisy and rude. Both in and around the structure. Time to grow up and understand this isn't an "only me" world. SHOW consideration for people. You know, that whole treat others thing isn't really a poor concept. NOW KEEP THE ------- Sound DOWN!! AND RESPECT YOUR FELLOW RESIDENT. WOULD YOU LIKE BEING WOKEN UP EVERY NIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR SLEEP? THINK ABOUT THAT!
