This is my family's first apartment in Los Angeles, and we've had a wonderful experience so far. As with the things that can be controlled by the office and maintenance staff, they do a great job handling it, and they're professional and kind. Whenever there was an issue, they would act on resolving it as best as they could right away. For the space, the price, and the location, we've found that this apartment and community are really great, compared to others we've looked at in the area. The building is very secure, clean, and overall the community is nice. We're within walking distance to the grocery store, entertainment, restaurants, the Metro, and of course most Hollywood attractions.

Since moving into this community just over a week ago, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Bernard was great in getting us set up for our new home and making sure everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Super happy here. The building is great, the staff is super nice and professional. Felt like home from day 1. Its clean and any issues are resolved quickly. No problems with noise or neighbors either. Would highly recommend

I really love life here. The maintenance staff members are great. Management is nice and professional. Glad to have moved here. It is very clean. The people in the building are nice. And it is easy to get around town from here.

Moved into a nice and freshly renovated apartment. The on-site leasing agent was very courteous and welcoming in his attitude and solved my need to find an apartment quickly and without any hassle. The pool area is very nice as well as the underground parking structure. Only bad thing: there was no cold water in the shower faucet and 2 days after I reported it to the staff it still hasn't been fixed.

I wish there had been move in bins or carts available. It was difficult to move in without them especially with the way the building is made. A cart would have made my move in experience a lot more pleasant.

Pool always closed, constant smelly hallways like marijuana, lacking security, the apartment is nice though. Also says no Airbnb's in lease however the apartment next door and across from me are Airbnb's and the people who come have no respect for this being an actual place of residency. Surrounding area is also really noisy.

From the first day, it was all downhill. From finding someone injecting themselves in the stair case, to a lady breast feeding in the hall way. This is just a few of the things that really ticked me off about the current place I live in. I simply would suggest potential tenants to stay away from this place!
