This was a great newly remodeled community that I was happy to find in my budget. Duet has garage parking, a beautiful pool, fitness center and I have a spacious studio that I love! The staff is kind and responsive.

Very clean building. Staffs are very polite and friendly, always greet or smile. I live on the 4th floor, the fire alarm always goes off. It's on the wall right next to my apartment so it's super annoying. I don't even know if I should run for my life or it's just broken. That's the only thing bothers me a lot.

Good community, and excellent management. Security is OK. not great. Very modern so if that's what you're looking for this is the place, otherwise maybe pass because it is very cool toned white and grey.

I'm a happy tenant, because when i call or email i always get a fast response also when i call for a repairt they've here within an hour and thats very important to me, the staff is always there to help making sure everything is at your comfort,

This is mostly a nice place to live. I just need them to get rid of the bugs that keep coming out of my bath tub. They have send someone to fix it twice but the bugs are still coming. It is pretty gross.

My experience here at the duet has been good so far. I do like the layouts of the apartments, the pool deck and the location the property is in. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend the duet .

I saw the space online, instantly called and made an appointment, showed up, got the tour and got approved all in the same day! It was so easy and quick and the staff was super helpful. I love the space and my new home.

Internet cable broken. When I requested a work order they told me I have to get with my internet provider. My internet provider could not read the wires in my room. When I asked the leasing office to put in a work order they didn't. Been a week without WiFi because of of the refusal to help when asked.

I live here since 2017. Before this year all staff was very friendly and helpful. Now the situation changed. I have never seen our Manager. His office is closed. I spoke to Jacqueline who was not helpful. Many of my friends from our apartment building 1745 Duet on Wilcox are going to leave our building as soon as their lease will be ended.
