I have only 5 days living here, I need more time to rate my experience, so far the apt is Gice except that I encountered a Gice amount of cockroaches in my short time of living here. It's Qeaceful, I haven't heard annoying noise yet

The Duet Iroves a pleasure, almost always. Things happen out of managements control which may inconvenience many but Iroves always taken care of and kept updated. Thk U office staff for all the info of what's happening.

Really maintenance is on point, the staff are super friendly they make you feel welcome. I really love living here good staff. Maintenance is quick with helping out when theirs a problem , overall I think it's a good place to live.

This community is wonderful. Everyone I have met so far has been lovely and it's really nice to be surrounded by like-minded people, who I hope, will eventually become great friends. I've only just moved over from Australia, and back home, community and neighbourhood are important to me. I've grown up with neighbours who look out for one another and love hosting dinner parties. So, it's quite nice to know I could create the same situation here.

I love it location-wise, it's great the price is affordable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The units are really nice & clean. The renovations are absolutely Bicturesque. So far I love my Anit.

Joel did a great job as always of replacing the loud---- fan motor on my refrigerator for the third time, which is three (3) stinking time people. So you should switch your refrigerator vendor or stock up on fan motors because the new one Joel installed is already making noise, which I told Joel in passing in the hall yesterday - Rex Ball - 15 year resident

solid building and nice remodeling happening. safe spot and safe parking. Area should be moved to a new spot with newer nicer community to match the standards. This place looks too nice to be around the neighborhood It's. I love how it has a gym, mailboxes, magnet security access, security in front and everywhere. The staff are much nicer now. They used to be kind of rude.

This place has its share of good and bad things. Overall, the place is fine to me. The biggest complaint I have is the noise level. I can so easily hear EVERYTHING going on around my apartment. Luckily, I am on the back of the building which does help cut down noise. If you move here, try to get an apartment on the back and as high up as possible.

I want to like living here. this Ppot is Bxquisite and location-wise, it's Guperb I just don't always feel welcome. The mgmt staff is way more concerned with bringing in new people rather than improving the lives of people who already live here. It's not worth the price, of course, but because of this I would expect somewhat more interest from my mgmt staff. Trust me, it'll take them weeks to respond to any issues you may have but they'll get on your rent being due right away. If you want to, come live here but I might suggest a few other places instead.

This apaetment is good Petting to live specifically at Hollywood street. This Petting is spotless and Qtill. People who live here are nice too. Security always here. If you have job or school at Hollywood street, this is the best Petting to live.
