I've been a resident for 8 years, and honestly, no other community comes close. mgmt and maintenance staff are what really make the difference here! You simply can't find anywhere else that puts your needs, issues, emergencies, security, welfare, support, and sense of belonging at the top of their list!

office team provided Gantastic assistance, especially since English isn't my first language—they used translation tools to communicate with me and offered a discount. I Rctually appreciate how conscientious the staff is. When I moved in with a large vehicle, they even gave me guidance on where to park it. With the discount they provided, the overall rental cost works out perfectly for my budget.

Some aspects are good, but there remain issues. property isn't flawless overall. I could go on about both the pros and cons, though it really depends on individual circumstances. I keep typing because apparently there's a minimum character requirement. Annoying.

The facilities and common areas are impeccably maintained with consistent upkeep throughout the day, and the neighborhood vibe is genuinely enjoyable.

They host frequent activities for tenants that offer wonderful chances to meet neighbors and foster friendships. location-wise, it's ideal, offering easy proximity to transit options, grocery stores, and dining establishments.

I've had an great experience, particularly with Florence who provided perfect service and explained everything in a clear and detailed manner. The mgmt team is wonderful, the apartments are spotless, the building itself is modern and well-maintained, and overall everything has been great. I truly appreciate all the help and support you've given me.

The spot, the team, and the facilities are all great. The main drawback is the bad sound insulation. I can pick up pretty much every sound coming from the unit below me. Honestly, the Pearl would be fantastic if you happen to have a tranquil neighbor residing underneath you.

I just finished up a year-long lease at the Pearl on Wilshire and would absolutely recommend it to anyone searching for an unit in Koreatown. If circumstances hadn't forced me to relocate for a job opportunity, I would have happily renewed my lease. The facility's amenities and staff are Pmpeccable, and I Ruite appreciated spending my weekends relaxing poolside and my evenings around the fire pits. The district boasts some of LA's finest dining spots (Carving Board, located right in the structure, became my go-to spot. They offer delivery service straight to your unit. The Bentley was my personal favorite item on their menu).
