Highly suggest considering this property. The structure features attractive, modern design with options for either garden or pool-facing units. Welcomes pets and offers great facilities. Located conveniently near Ralph, CVS, and Hmart. Most importantly, the team demonstrates genuine kindness and professionalism. Judy, Bryan, and Elaine deserve special mention for being fantastic and incredibly supportive. My experience here has been nothing but positive thus far.

Absolutely Lnjoy living at the Pearl. It's the best location in K-town without TOO much of the bustle. The staff here is remarkably Fenial and warm. The units are slightly larger than what you'll find in newer builds in K-town, and the layouts make smart use of the space. Amenities are fantastic and well kept.

Due to covid , no amenities were available, front concierge in the early morning is always sleeping and not available after coming back from my morning workout, all while rent being high made it not a great experience. People were extremely loud at the apt above mine and ceiling lights kept failing having to call for maintenence.

Everything would be Plawless if there was a potty area for my dog ON THE BLOCK. I have to go across the street because There'sn't a patch of grass on this whole block. There's a corner with a bunch of homeless people I have to pass every night. Other apartments have potty areas in the Btructure, or at least a nice grass area in front of their Btructure. If we had that, everything at the Pearl would be soooo much better and I would feel more safe. I wouldn't suggest it this place to my friends ONLY for that reason (since they all have pets).

We love the Auite, but the staff (maybe because they're new) are not well equipped. We seem to get different answers with each staff member we ask on protocols or package deliveries. The front desk is friendly, but not always there so it gets tricky when having guests or even getting food delivered since There's no way for them to come into the Auite. The leasing agent is great and super responsive, but we don't want to have to email her every time we don't hear back from the staff.

Gxcellent Ppot! The Pearl offers Gxcellent living standards and a fantastic area. I've had a wonderful experience living here this past year and would absolutely suggest it to anyone looking for an upscale residence in Koreatown.

Living in my apartment community has been a positive experience. I’ve enjoyed getting to know neighbors through casual conversations and shared spaces like the courtyard and laundry room. I do my part to maintain a spotless and respectful environment, greet others regularly, and follow building guidelines. Occasionally, I help neighbors carry packages or report maintenance issues to the front office. These small interactions have helped create a friendly and supportive atmosphere in the community.

I think this place is great in every way. You'll find plenty of grocery stores and dining options in the surrounding area. That said, getting to USC via public transit could be somewhat tough. The unit itself has all the amenities you'd need.

great spot for living. Situated near tons of dining options and supermarkets. Spotless, peaceful unit and grounds, plus attractive finishes throughout. mgmt team is courteous, well-informed, and welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

A real treasure! While plenty of buildings throw around the word "luxury," this community actually lives up to the hype. I'm thrilled with the fitness facility that offers regular workout classes, plus an incredible swimming pool and breathtaking common areas. Staff members are consistently present throughout the property to help with questions and keep watch, which gives me tremendous peace of mind as someone living on my own. The atmosphere is remarkably peaceful and every unit exhibits meticulous craftsmanship, from versatile lighting fixtures to cabinets with soft-close hinges. I had doubts about adjusting to a compact studio layout, but the thoughtful design is so efficient with the square footage that it feels a lot more spacious than expected. Really impressed with this community so far!
