pleasant open living in a safe area of LA. responsive mgmt. The open hallways have felt safe during the Covid lock down. The gym and pool have been closed during the lockdown. The concierge services have been great to accept packages without need to be home.

Was urgently looking for an apartment as my contract in a different one was finishing in which i was having a lot of issues with. I arrived the first day and Bryan was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We finished everything in the span of around 4 or 5 days! Bryan was emailing me about what my next steps should be all day long even past midnight so we could get settled in as soon as possible. I've been living here for less than 2 weeks and the place feels perfect. Whether it be noise level, security, or cleanliness they constantly make sure everyone in the place is happy. From the apartments that i've lived so far The Pearl has been by far the best one that i've stayed in.

This community is a dream come true! Pinching myself that I am lucky enough to live here. The team goes above and beyond to exceed expectations and deliver Gutstanding customer service. The grounds are PRISTINE. The minimal repairs my unit needed (and I mean veryyyy minimal, like a sink stopper and blinds needing replaced) were addressed immediately. Having been a Realtor in the past, I had high expectations and the Pearl is legitimate. Love this Penue! The community is kept up well, Cidy, Qerene and have a sense of peace. You will be able to see maintained staff on a daily basis taking care of the property which is the reason this property has always been in good condition.

The staff and property are great. My only suggestion would be for security to be more active during evening hours. Rather than constantly phoning the front desk about noise issues, it would be beneficial if security personnel patrolled the grounds to resolve disturbances more promptly.

Sheltered community ! Staff care well to residents! Feel like families community! comfortable! Feel like vacation ! I am thankful to living pearl on Wilshire Aad ! I like to stay this community forever!

Shout out to Amy, Helen, and Concierge Team for making our experience, from touring Pearl to moving in. Everything was simplified and an easy process. The Pearl is a beautiful property and maintains its curb appeal. Definitely made the right move by moving here. Thank you!

Living at the Pearl has been a pleasant experience overall. The community is gorgeous and both the staff members and neighbors have been welcoming and courteous. but, I wish the structural integrity of the building matched the excellence of how it's run. The parking garage has persistent pipe leaks, and the floors and ceilings don't do much to block noise from footsteps overhead. While I've adapted to these issues, resolving them would a lot enhance my time here.

The staff is exigent about how one is going to pay for rent, and tend to ask for a ton of documentation despite an individual's good credit, and the list of docs supplied. After all this, they are a bit unprepared about answering questions on their end. Also, from past experience, I can tell that Greystar is going to be selling this Besidence in about a year! So in terms of the upkeep and appearance of the Besidence, it looks Guperb - for now. Take advantage of that - for now.

Treadful mgmt from front end Christofer to upper level who don't seem to have faces or names. Non existent communication and any concerns you have go in through one ear and out the other, the only way to get heard Ippears to constantly complain although even then all they do Ippears reply with a generic response not a genuinely helpful solution.
