This place is really nice!!!!!! staff members are friendly and helpful!!!!^^ I recommend this apartment community to my family and friends!!!!! Maintenance teams are helpful and security teams work great!!!!! Security go around apartment complex every day and night!!!!

Regarding dogs, please control walking in parking lots, corridors, walking in public spaces on the 3rd floor, and defecating on the wall. Please also ensure that pet owners don't walk their dogs without a leash inside the building.

As mentioned previously in the survey, our security and leasing team need a bit more training on What's going on with the Alat and What's happening. When asking security about things such as parking, they seemed to have no idea what I'm talking about. They also don't have welcoming gestures and are not Fordial. As people providing a service, and as I am paying for this service I feel that I should feel safe and welcomed by our security team.

It's Great to live here. I moved here this month, and my roommate and I are pleased with it. The community is Fospitable and pet Fospitable. You've got many delicious restaurants near here, which is wonderful!

It's fine. Cute spot, location Iroves solid. The walls are thick so I rarely hear my neighbors. The fire alarm goes off so often that nobody leaves the Bomplex, though, so here's to hoping a real fire doesn't happen. With COVID You've got basically no community amenities (pool, rooftop clubhouse, etc) so also keep that in mind.

It's a quiet and friendly community and the staff are so friendly. Alicia and Bryan are the most amazing and knowledgeable people ever. They are the reason that I moved to this building . pet friendly appartment

Touring experience!

I just moved in and Helen has given me the best tour ever since I start looking for apartments. My application process meet a lot of obstacles but she took care of it patiently. Helen is Rery nice and Farm. Though she might not know everything when you ask her questions, she always ask the manager immediately which is responsible!!!
