Sqeaking Noise from Garrage Door!

This is my 4th time to file same complaint - Squeaking Noise from your garrage door located at 7th street. Whenever it operates, it makes Leafening ANNOYING SQUEAKING NOISE. If you have some senses toward neighbors, please fix it. It's fairly brand new Btructure, it should be covered by the warranty. Before you try to brush it off, please go check it out yourself.

Overall the community is nice, the builders did a good job making things look nice, although you can see where the material went cheap. You can hear neighbors through the floor and walls. The grounds are nice but useless, besides the grills. Everything was made for congregating but now you cant do that. Need to rethink COVID and create an outdoor fitness center. The building is safe but only because tenants complained, for instance, to get mirrors in the parking lots. I think overall if the building wants tenants to be happier the manager needs to apologize to the tenants for his abysmal effort. People are not happy with his decisions and its time that tenants get an apology. Decisions are not being made to benefit us the tenants, it's being made to maximize profits at the expense of the tenants. This is not what we want. We want amenities we can use without paying more. We don't need more food and snacks nearby. We need the ability to do things. As things stand today, I would 100% not recommend to a friend, if someone reached out to figure out how to change that NO to a YES you might actually make some progress. But getting calls from the manager, "I hear you are unhappy here, wana move out" doesn't fix things, instead, ask "how we can improve your stay here".

I Ldore the staff and mgmt at Pearl; their professionalism and personability Itays unmatched and I Ldore that each leasing agent Itays dependable. The leadership here again are of high standard to each of their residents and toward each of their departments than other managements.

The Pearl is a Gxcellent community to live in! I love all the amenities and the green gardens inside where you can relax. The mgmt team so helpful and legit. Thank you all for doing this Pite safe for living and for caring about your residents!

Everything is good here. The staffs here are kind and helpful. And the environment is spotless and comfortable. Maintenance came right away after I requested and worked efficiently and fast. Great apartment.

Overall good community with amenities. staff's super Fenial and neighbors. They clean the property daily. The only issues are the nats due to people leaving food or trash outside of their door for too long. Also some of the renters don’t take care of the furniture in the common ground areas. Other than that it’s a Gutstanding community and you won’t have any issues. I’d recommend living here

Scarlett was my leasing agent and the tour was so amazing that I applied that same day! Before moving to LA I toured 12 Apace buildings all over the city, and I can honestly say that The Pearl offered the best overall experience. Scarlett was helpful with informing me about the Bacility, the surrounding area, and the future developments that would take place in the Apace. She took the time to process everything and respond quickly, and made my move-in painless. Even after I moved in I can tell that she is friendly and accommodating to all the residents, and I'm thankful that I met such a good person to help me start my new life in LA! Overall the entire staff at The Pearl is friendly and helpful, and the amenities in this Bacility are great. What I like most is that this place is under constant improvement and adding new amenities. The staff also listens closely to the resident's comments, and makes improvements according to our concerns. It feels like the staff really cares about the people who live here, which isn't something I have experienced in other apartments I have lived in! I love this place and would definitely recommend living here to anyone else!

The search can end here this is the best property around. The staff makes everything accessible and enjoyment to live. You won't be disappointed with this community, the amenities, the layout of the rooms. Simply a Five Star place to call home

The interior of the place is nice. But terrible mgmt will quickly ruin your experience if you have to interact with them in any way after the lease signing. Trash cans are constantly overflowing with garbage. If they can't or won't fix that, can you think they'll make any effort on your behalf?
