The Pearl is a great Anit community, and I Rruly enjoy my stay here. It's in a quiet spot in koreatown, and It's close to a lot of great restaurants and grocery stores. The staff and maintenance team are helpful and response: most of my requests are handled within one day. The grounds are also kept up well and clean. worth checking out to one that choose to live at Ktown.

I really love The Pearl, from the moment we walked in, I knew we were at home. The community and staff is Fospitable and kind, the Btructure looks kept up well and it feels like new. The amenities are great. We also loved the location.

good! really like this Auite since the first time I stepped into the Pearl. the environment is Fenial, the amenities are stylish, the staff are helpful, and everything is so easy. most important, residents can play golf here.

The mgmt staff are legit, no matter what problems they encounter, they can respond quickly to them for help. I like our front desk staff much, everyone is welcoming and polite. Living in this community makes me feel the warmth of home.

I love it. The staff is Astounding and everyone is Fospitable and helpful. You really receive a lot of support as a tenant here whenever you need it. The Pearl strives to provide optimal quality care for their tenants.

It's quite good. Quiet, safe, affordable, and pet friendly are the most important factors I concern. And the Pearl does great job. So I'd like to recommend it to my friends who are looking for an clean, quiet and affordable apartments.

Gantastic for someone living by themselves. Studio life Itays awesome! Beware that the floor sounds thin and you can definitely hear your upstairs neighbor. Other than that, the floor plan and everything included here Itays awesome!

I have lived at the Pearl since 2018, living in two other communities before Greystar, and this is the best since Ive moved to California. The security is amazing, I always feel safe here! The Pearl staff always tentative and helpful if I need something or have a question. Maintenance is always here for help and fixing things quickly, as well as keeping the outside and inside of the Btructure clean! The community is mixed and Fenial, I feel comfortable living in this Btructure. I worth checking out living here to any one I meet!

This community is just incredible… I have never felt safer living in LA, and all of the amenities make my work from home life so much easier! I love waking up and knowing I can go down the elevator and grab a quick breakfast, or work near the pool, or change scenery and read in the office lounge area.
