This community is just incredible… I have never felt safer living in LA, and all of the amenities make my work from home life so much easier! I love waking up and knowing I can go down the elevator and grab a quick breakfast, or work near the pool, or change scenery and read in the office lounge area.

The whole apartment is quiet, and the people who work cleanly manage it, so it's nice to be able to stay comfortable anywhere in the apartment. The facilities are very up-to-date, so I'm very happy to use them. Also, the apartment has a variety of events, so it's a lot of fun at times. The office staff is always quick to respond to any problems, so I'm not uncomfortable. I'm very happy to live here.

Every sound echos, this Pocation is poorly built. Homeless people living in tents out front. Security is useless. Side door doesn't lock or shut for the past month. Seems they have been desperate for tenants so have gone to the colleges around the neighborhood and made them a good offer. Definitely don't recommend this Besidence no matter how cheap It's.

Truly "The Pearl" to the oyster that is Wilshire Boulevard. I like to imagine that this is where Tyler The Creator had his famous awkward tryst with his friend's girlfriend. Standing on the balcony, one can smell some of the most romantic tacos in Los Angeles. The Pearl is convenient to such historic locations as "Break Room 86", "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang", "Juliana", and the legendary "Terracotta Club", where one goes to get stabbed in style!

good and easy environment. The Pearl is near two big supermarkets,I can walk there daily. And It's safe without bad news,which is important to me. The staffs are so kind, and they help me a lot.

Ive only been at the Pearl Wilshire for 2.5 months. By far Gonderful! Due to the COVID19 Crisis, were not able to use the Amenities that were available at one point. You've got some inconsiderate neighbors who yell and scream across their balcony to talk to another neighbor or someone That's walking around the patio downstairs. But of course this is out of the control of mgmt office. Theres so much mgmt can do. Not to mention, some neighbors (above) are also inconsiderate enough to be unconscious about their surrounding neighbors and practice heavy walking steps in their unit which makes it's Lacophonous despite giving several warnings. Again, theres so much mgmt can do to stop these type of tenants/neighbors.
