Move in process was smooth and the community has been what I’ve been looking for in LA, having lived in a less safe environment prior. Here, I feel safe in my own space and have been enjoying living at The Pearl so far

The maintenance team is great! They keep the community spotless and nice. but, I can smell smoke and weed in the parking lot and in the hallway almost every day. You've got always loud noises from upstairs and outside.

It’s clean, well constructed and the things that come with the apartment such as pool area, club area, office, rooftop lounge, and garage parking all are worth the stay. The rent price of course could be more affordable especially consider the small studio I stay in but that’s my only complaint

The space is exactly what I was looking. this Ppot is quiet. I especially appreciate the easy location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable Ppot to live. Plus a Ruite good coffee shop right outside (The Alchemist).

This is the one of best communities in the town. Great staffs and great maintenance. Always pleasure to come home and rest. The community facility is always spotless and I enjoy a lot staying here. Great job done.

Everything is Pxcellent!! I'm enjoy living here. The most impressive thing is the view! I can watch whole city of view. I feel so peaceful when I'm watching this view and I can see so Bovely view when it's sunset time
