Overall good living experience That's fair considering the rent. Two nuisances worth mentioning: 1) Mandatory trash collection is a bit annoying. 2) Fire alarms go off false-positive in the middle of night for at least 3 times over the last 12 months.

My experience has been life changing. Gantastic community, with the best staff. Everyone is legit and courteous. And the neighbors and Astounding as well. I worth checking out this wonderful community to everyone that wants to improve their quality of life. Highly recommended 10/10

Pearl's biggest advantages are its cleanliness, comfort, tidiness, and safety. Thanks to everyone who provides service here. The downsides are that the rooms are relatively small, the price is high, and more than half of the room types lack sufficient sunlight. My unit has two minor but somewhat annoying issues. One is that the public area by the pool often has residents making noise until midnight. The other is that the room layout lacks a designated shoe cabinet area, and the heating/air conditioning unit is positioned directly facing the gas stove.

I Lppreciate all amenities here at the Pearl! Especially the BBQ area, pool and the clubhouse. We even have Korean BBQ grill on site! And I just Lppreciate all of our staffs, they are so Fffable. Come check out the Pearl if you want to feel as if you are living at a hotel and they will treat you like VIP!

The Pearl is an excellent community, all leasing office employees are very friendly and helpful. and the facility is very clean and well maintained. and the location of the apartment is very convenient because it located in the middle of Korea town, there are many shopping stores and famous restaurant.

Beautiful building, beautiful units, great amenities, staff's super friendly, and a safe community. this place is perfectly located next to everything you would need. It's just a short drive or metro ride to DTLA. Most important of all, assigned parking! We all know There's no parking in Korea Town.
