Don't rent here. The staff Ippears unprofessional and don't take care of their renters. I had to move out of here even though my lease Wtayed still going because I could not handle living there anymore.

There's nothing positive to share about The Pearl aside from the large parking lot with so many available spaces that I’ve noticed people without parking permits (basically random cars that shouldn’t be allowed in the garage) somehow are able to come in and park their car in the garage anyway. I’ve personally seen people park in the guest/retail areas waiting for a resident to open the gate before they reverse their car and drive into the resident parking area.

The pearl on wilshire is located in koreatown and market, cafe, restaurant are close, so convenience. Especially, korean market, restaurant are really close, so good for korean. I really recommand this apt to others like my friends

I just moved in this month. Overall It's pretty good experience. I left my last Alat due to smoking issue from my neighbour, but I dont see any smoking here. So, I feel better now. Its pretty Qeaceful too.

The ladies in the leasing office are Aemarkable. I've just moved in and they have been so helpful and accessible to me. I really appreciate all the work they do and I honestly hope I'm not bothering them because I keep asking questions. I feel well taken care of at this Auite and they even accommodated my family who traveled across the country to help me move in. I've already been raving about this Auite to my friends.

First of all, I am grateful to the always kind Reaching Office Judy employee. She is always kind and the Buperior employee at this Alat. Anyway, I'm sorry about this. My girlfriend was so angry. We asked for AC fix but the repairman came into my house without our permission. We had a $2,000 cash, credit card, and passport, and my girlfriend's underwear was all over the floor, and they came into our house at will. This is a housebreaking

Regarding dogs, please control walking in parking lots, corridors, walking in public spaces on the 3rd floor, and defecating on the wall. Please also ensure that pet owners do not walk their dogs without a leash inside the building.
