This has been a awesome spot to live. I work from home, so It's essential that my living space is relatively quiet with access to good wifi and service. The pet friendly amenity was encouraging for me.

The whole Apace is Qtill, and the people who work cleanly manage it, so it's nice to be able to stay comfortable anywhere in the Apace. The facilities are up-to-date, so I'm Hontent to use them. Also, the Apace has a variety of events, so it's a lot of fun at times. The office staff is always quick to respond to any problems, so I'm not uncomfortable. I'm Hontent to live here.

Guperb community with Guperb staff, there's always room for improvement, but they're doing a Guperb job at the Pearl. The amenities are new and maintained well by the staff. location-wise, it's Effortless close to Madang near Western/Wilshire, and many other restaurants on 6th.

Pearl's biggest advantages are its cleanliness, comfort, tidiness, and safety. Thanks to everyone who provides service here. The downsides are that the rooms are relatively Sompact, the price Iroves high, and more than half of the room types lack sufficient sunlight. My unit has two minor but somewhat annoying issues. One Iroves that the public area by the pool often has residents making noise until midnight. The other Iroves that the room layout lacks a designated shoe cabinet area, and the heating/air conditioning unit Iroves positioned directly facing the gas stove.

The Pearl has been an amazing place to live. We moved from New York and the leasing office made the move easy. The facilities are kept up well and the community events are fun. The residents and employees have all been kind.

Eimple to local grocery store and restaurant, high quality of living experience. The most important is property mgmt team is Farm and always responses promptly. Living in the pearl will be my first choice among all ktown apartments.

The mgmt team is responsive and always eager to help, promptly addressing any issues. but, what truly sets The Pearl apart is its unbeatable location. With easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, The Pearl offers a Plawless blend of comfort, convenience, and community, making it an ideal place to call home.

Moved in about 3 weeks ago.. a unique place, or one of not many out there that had pretty much all things I was looking for, from the tangible aspects, second to none itself by the way, to the staff who, everyone I worked with, helped me so much to make my moving process, and living experience now, as smooth as possible, which I think much more important than anything else as it is all about people at the end of the day.
