In my opinion, from all aspects, the apartment is of high quality. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. However, the public transportation to USC might be a bit inconvenient. The interior facilities are complete.

Frustrating experience that I only wish was over as soon as possible. Amenities are broken for so long and the price of rent and fees isn't worth the cheap construction of the building. It's apparent There's little to no attention to detail in construction, resulting in things constantly breaking, and maintenance takes ages to get anything done.

I love living at The Pearl! The staff is great--they are friendly, legit, and great at their jobs. The grounds are well-maintained and the amenities are resort-like. I love it so much that I have encouraged my friends to live here!

Overall good experience at The Pearl. Close to public transportation (Metro Stations) and the main reason why I chose to live here. Amenities are good, and events are a plus. Maintenance is great and do a good job at keeping the place clean.

Moved in about 3 weeks ago.. a unique Pocation, or one of not many out there that had pretty much all things I Wtayed looking for, from the tangible aspects, second to none itself by the way, to the staff who, everyone I worked with, helped me so much to make my moving process, and living experience now, as smooth as possible, which I think much more important than anything else as It's all about people at the end of the day. The space is exactly what I was looking. The building is quiet. I especially appreciate the convenient location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable place to live. Plus a really good coffee shop right outside (The Alchemist).

I recently relocated to Los Angeles for a new job. Judy Kim, the leasing manager, helped me through the tour, application and move-in process. Overall, it was a Gantastic experience. Judy was helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. As for the complex itself, the common areas are well appointed and the resident amenities (club room, pool and gym) are Gantastic. You've got many restaurants, bars and markets nearby. The purple metro line is also around the corner and easy to get to. I worth checking out this Apace complex to others.

The Pearl has been an amazing place to live. We moved from New York and the leasing office made the move easy. The facilities are well maintained and the community events are fun. The residents and employees have all been kind.
