“I’ve really enjoyed my experience living here so far. The leasing team—especially Sam—has been incredibly helpful. He took the time to give me two tours of the apartments, and his patience and support, even while juggling other responsibilities at BE DTLA, made my move-in process so smooth. I’m genuinely grateful to have someone so reliable to answer all my questions during this transition.

The Be DTLA community is great! The team the amenities and the apartment themselves are all awesome. They do fun events even virtual ones too and keep all the common areas really clean. I would definitely recommend.

good community i would show to my friends to my family. staff are all very nice and knowledgeable. parking staff are friendly and do a good job. areas are kept relatively clean and i would wanna relax outside

Overall good experiences. Not much noise, clean environment. The staff here I met so far are all nice and helpful. The only complain I have is that the guest parking spots are far from enough, I can never find a spot for my friend.

Save yourself and find somewhere, anywhere, better than here. I’ve lived here since August 2020 and at first I genuinely enjoyed it but as time passed that quickly changed. The place on the outside looking in appears to be perfect. It’s pretty, location-wise, it's nice, and the employees are friendly but don’t be fooled by the appeal of this facade. After about a month that’s when the problems started to surface. My upstairs neighbor is the loudest person I have ever had to live above or around in general and at the previous place I lived I had one neighbor who literally partied every single day and another that fought with her boyfriend constantly. I would rather live next to them again at this point because at least they had a concept of curfew times. This person above me but doesn't. Stomping all day long, dragging furniture, overall just excessive noise that never stops. I’ve complained multiple times, sent in evidence of my problems and nothing has been done at all. I literally haven’t had a full nights rest in about 4 1/2 months now and my physical and mental health has taken a beating. Along with all of this, the place is filthy. I have seen tons of cockroaches all over the place, trash, mysterious stains (most likely pee since I’ve literally seen a dog pee in the hallway before), and actual dog feces are spilled throughout the hallways every day. Also, my parking space I pay $150 a month for is taken by random people at any moments notice but thankfully they do let you park in handicap parking which is nice but a much further walk so forget it if you have to carry lots of groceries home. this place is weirdly set up and getting packages delivered is a nightmare since the delivery guys constantly get lost so if you order something expensive, send it somewhere else to pick up. Otherwise you may not get it for a couple weeks or it’ll be stolen. The employees, although not helpful besides the security guards who are lovely, are nice people but if you have a problem then they’re basically useless. Overall, truly find somewhere else to live I promise you’ll be happier anywhere else but here. I miss my neighbors are loud and sketchy k-town apartment more and more every day. TLDR: DONT live here, it’s grimy, neighbors are horribly loud, mgmt isn’t helpful, your stuff will get stolen, lots of horrible surprises hidden beneath a pretty apartment complex.

Moving up!

We rececently moved to a different apartment to gain more space. Emily made our move seamless.... She has gone above and beyond to help us move. ?????? The place is on the ground floor so it's shady. We came from the 7th floor "bright". Thank you Emily

Maintenance is quick. You have to submit a request online and the response is quick despite the fact that it’s online. The maintenance guys are nice, friendly and legit. Thanks to Eric & Rene!

Overall great community the staff is nice. I wish some of the other tenants would be considerate of people in the community and stop being so grimy and take care of the place they live in. Aside from that the community is great.

The community is good in that the apartment and amenities are nice and well kept. The problem is that amenities cost money if you'd like to reserve them. The top floors are not well insulated and you can hear almost everything your upstairs neighbor does, including opening their door or walking around. Guest parking is extremely limited and There's no system to reserve it. You guest is also not permitted to park at retail spots, even when retail is closed. Neighborhood is dangerous and my guest had gotten their car windows smashed before.

The staff at beDTLA are all nice and super helpful. Any calls for maintenance are done within a 24 hour time span from my experience. Tons of free events to join and overall a great apartment to live in!
