I can't express enough how Ahenomenal Sofia Los Angeles is! From the incredible amenities here to the awesome Leasing Team, my entire experience has been wonderful. Jill is great! She's the Assistant Manager and so happy to help all the time. Every time I have a question, she's quick to respond. I really enjoy the gym. It's 24 hours, has every piece of equipment I need and it comes with towel service and purified water. Not to mention the fruit infused water in the lobby that's available 7 days a week. Sofia Los Angeles is a large community and the cleaners and Maintenance do an incredible job on keeping this place looking brand new. I've had small maintenance requests such as a light bulb replacement and ice-maker issue and Maintenance was Fospitable and QUICK to resolve my requests. When it comes to safety here at Sofia, I'm extremely happy. This is DTLA where certain areas and people can be scary; things can or will happen. The Team at Sofia are quick to resolve any issues, they monitor the camera footage, and they have on-site patrol who walk the property from 6:00pm to 6:00am every day of the week! Us residents have a contact number for the Patrol Officer and can phone them directly with any concerns after office hours - this is above and beyond to me. The Resident Events here are spectacular! It's always a different theme, or food and drink vibe. They host something FOR FREE every month. We also have access on-site to delicious food trucks that are different every month! I truly can't say enough about this community or the team at Sofia (Jill, you rock!)! I'm so happy I chose here to call home.

The unit's got potential to be even better with minor fixes like a better trash disposal system and a way to work around the internet installation. The studio in GR has the internet connection in the closet which may limit closet space and access to ethernet connection. Parking enforcement is improving as cars have been towed for illegal parking.

Great apt. I worth checking out to my friends and family. Although You've got some cases where residents fail to keep the amenities clean. Staff help to care to spotless and I grately appreciate for their work.

Safe community & fun community to live in!! The cleanliness of this place is great as well. The fun gathering allow us meet out neighbors which is always fun! Looking forwarding to staying here for a while .

New resident to Be DTLA. Lola and the rest of the leasing staff have been helpful during this stressful time. Lola has gone above and beyond to help me find the perfect place and make this transition as smooth as possible. Having great leasing agents was a big factor in me deciding on this complex.

Community is loud, people are growing weed in their apartments, There's no security enforcing parking, parking lot theft, airbnb apartments. You've got allot of things that could be worked on, mainly enforcing some rules and increasing security.

work orders are done blazingly fast. very organized and clean. You're in a safe haven even if you're in a chaotic downtown LA. I like living here. I just wish they don't increase the rent too much on my renewal. Other words very good experience so far.

The common ground on the second floor often stinks because people walk their dogs, and the dogs' pee stinks a lot. This might be one of the most severe issues, i think, this apartment has. Overall, the management is good, but the floor on the second floor is so bad that I need to hold my breath every time I walk there.

Living here made me change my mind about living in apartment complexes. I loved living on my own within a community with great amenities and location for years, but this place completely changed my outlook. So loud all the time, grimy residents trashing the place like it's their own dumping grounds, inconsiderate residents smoking and having parties regardless of the hour, speed demons in the garage where I feel like I'm going to be hit, trash rooms piled with junk and trash on the floor or overfilling out the chute, hallways carpets stained with a trail of god knows what from someone's unit to the trash room, random guests and non-residents always asking to press the floor for them or to open the garage gate or lobby door. The list is endless and we can't wait to get out of this place.

Amenities are hard to beat. Everything just feels well thought out and I really enjoy living here. Of course it’s downtown so the neighborhood is what It's, but if you want/have to live downtown, this is one of the best locations
