Every staff member is very friendly, they host awesome resident events and the community itself is beautiful!! I have recommended this complex to my friends, 3 of them who have already moved in. They also love it.

Overall Experience is good. I do see that everyone is always cleaning! I thought Downtown will be loud but this place is actually quiet! Also, the staff is friendly and prompt with any of the issues.

Im from mongolia. Live in Los Angeles 5th year. Almost 2 year ago I moved this apartment. My BeDTLA name is BeDTLA I love my apartment a lot. First super clean. Apartment corridor and main gate is more than clean my place . Everything so close even apartment inside everything gym pool etc all spotless and big. Second why Am I love this apartment..! Hate Incidents in Be DTLA

This review is reporting a crime. It's illegal to give law enforcement false information. Earlier this year I was involved in a hate incident in my building. Two men called me gay slurs and threatened to kill me. Building mgmt did not take the incident seriously. They lied to me and said they were unable to determine if another resident was involved. They claimed they would cooperate with law enforcement but lied to the LAPD. AND IT HAPPENED A SECOND TIME. Same people. Same language. Again mgmt did not take this seriously. There's surveillance footage building mgmt could have given LAPD. They never did. Shortly after the second incident, the building's head of security told me the individuals had moved out. So, mgmt knew who was involved. If you are LGBT, think twice before moving into a Greystar building. I have proof that a manager lied to me and the LAPD. Greystar what can you have to say about this behavior?manager

The maintenance staff has done a phenomenal job since I’ve moved to the apartment complex, performing and completing requests in timely fashion every time. My experience here has been nothing short of great and I highly recommend considering this apartment for anyone looking for a new home.

I think I'm doing well with my marketing strategy but, as a person who isn't good at English, I think that it would be nice if there were various languages provided. Various facilities and programs are provided for tenants, but It's difficult for me to participate as a language barrier. Of course, this is my weakness.

Moved in August of the last year . The apartment wasn't spotless and I have clean kitchen and bathroom. The microwave door wasn't functioning properly . The is a loud sound of water drain passing throw my bedroom walls which woke me up every SINGLE night And when I connected the maintenance and the mgmt about the issues , they just said sorry That's normal and nothing they could do about it . I tried to contact mgmt numerous times and after 10 months they offered me to move out oda pay a month rent for penalty.. yeah

working hard for nice this facility as spotless and organized. so happy as resident in this community and proud of it. sometimes loud during evening party for my Apt. room , location #1401. suggest to different spot for music play on 2nd floor.

If the rent is lowered slightly, I’m willing to stay longer. but, if it keeps going up, I’ll move out. People have been leaving dog poop and urine on the second-floor deck, making the space unusable at some point. I’ve even seen someone let their dog pee on the sofa. Strong action is needed. also, even though this is supposed to be a smoke-free building, everyone smokes marijuana, and I couldn’t keep my windows open for most of the summer because of the smell. There needs to be clear enforcement of these rules as well. It makes no sense that those who disregard the rules live comfortably while others pay expensive rent and have to bear the consequences. It’s not just about the interior or exterior design, but also the maintenance, neighbors, rules, and enforcement. All of these factors together create the quality of a living space.
