Great community to call HOME. Conveniently located. Wonderful amenities. Our unit's got a unique floor plan and looks great. Staff has been courteous and helpful. We can't complain, its been a awesome spot to live.

INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE AMENITIES SUCH AS GYM, OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL, AND LOUNGE FOR STUDYING. IN ADDITION TO THIS, NICE AND FRIENDLY COMMUNITY STAFF, PEACEFUL SURROUNDINGS FOR RESIDENCY. AND SPACIOUS PARKING LOT, SAFETY SYSTEM FOR ENTRANCE. BECAUSE OF ALL OF THEM, I CAN FEEL COMFORTABLE TO LIVE HERE.

The community is safe and cleaning, the resident are nice, they corporate by passing information to security to keep the place safe, mgmt take good care of any community is peaceful and friendly

Common areas and hallways smell like dog piss. Grass trimmings outside on Lucas Ave isn't maintained for months. Walls in hallways have dirt smeared all over. The staff is nice and friendly. but the mail and parcel pending isn't always up-to-date. Most of the mail and packages are being stolen as reported by other tenants and myself.

Honestly Be DTLA is an amazing complex from the very first moment I came to visit for a tour. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Alan was simply fantastic as my agent. The buildings are crazy clean and smell great on each floor which with being in LA is hard to come by especially considering being super close to Downtown. Love that there is a Starbucks and grocery store super close for convenience. My only complaint is about my upstairs neighbors stomping and walking really hard all day every day in the two weeks since moving in.

Too much airbnb mgmt can not control 3rd party sublease Until 2021 they have security in build 1 bixel side but now no more so 3rd party easy to enter this is heaven for 3rd party sublease when i complain to mgmt they answered they cant don'thing

The staff gets respondent. Majority of them are willing to help. The grocery store and restaurants downstairs are a great convenience for me. but, as It's located around downtown, It's not a quiet community.

The maintanence is fast and effective. The fitness room and swimming pool is nice. The best thing is that There's starbucks, a grocery market and chase bank near the apartment. But the office service is the worst that I never had. Hannah, Ruby abd their manager have the worst service that I know. They don't have any responsiblity at all. They don't response emails and they always say like ' you need to wait xxx days' or 'It's not my business'. They only have smile before you move in. But after that, they aren't care about residents at all. Many neighbours also think so like me. Those workers made us not want to renew my lease at all and I won't let any of my friends live in here as well!
