Had situations where I couldn't reach security or anyone else in the apartment complex when needed. Such as people banging on doors yelling, or even just to assist when having issues getting back into the apartment after hours.

Although thankful for the apartment where we live and all the amenities, please take care of the sewer or whatever type of liquid that leaks to p2 parking. Smells really bad every time it happens. Thank you

awesome spot to live. Quiet neighbors, of course not in the swimming pool area :) The cleanliness staff does a great job; I am surprised how frequently they clean the building interior. Safety feature in elevators and doors ensures our safety!

All the staff was friendly. The site lcation is good near downtown Los Angeles and korea town. Clean facilities, happy with the floor plan of my unit. i am satisfied with my experience at be dtla.

Be has great amenities but the mgmt doesnt fix the AirBNB problem. There has been graffiti appearing the stairwells and the building has lacked on cleanliness. The maintenance team gets unresponsive and entered the apartment without permission.

It's nice and peaceful community. Staff are great and helpful. Maintenance are fast. Location wise its the best area. Grocery downstairs is easy. Mail room is always clean. Neighbors upstairs are loud though.

Be DTLA is a sense of community and home. The staff will always go out of their way to help out. Kudos to Alan and Jesse for their leadership and keeping Be looking and feeling amazing as a place to call home.

Amenities are hard to beat. Everything just feels very well thought out and I really enjoy living here. Of course it’s downtown so the neighborhood is what it is, but if you want/have to live downtown, this is one of the best locations

Perfect location for me as near my workplace. Staff are friendly and having the Grocery Outlet store downstairs is great with other food choices like Starbucks, Chipotle etc. even my dental clinic is just around the corner.
