I sent an email because of the marijuana smell, but no response.Sometimes dangerous people are caught on door cameras.The noise is too loud even with the windows closed.Tenants are also seen to be at risk. I'm afraid to ride the elevator together.

Fantastic service and always feel taken care of by the team. I've lived here for a few years and its one of the more quiet locations to be at in downtown. I refer my friends to move in here as well. They throw fun events.

Very friendly and helpful staff including but not limited to the leasing team, resident services, maintenance, security and management. I have lived here for a number of years and love it in comparison to any previous apartments I’ve lived and where any friends live in the LA area.

Ezri was super helpful with leasing. Moved in within 3 days of applying and have been blown away by the cleanliness and BE DTLA is located in a great part of town. this place is secure and quiet compared to others in Los Angeles.

People are loud sometimes and no one tells them anything when they are doing their little shows outside screaming, crying, arguing. I hear it all!!!! For a good amount of time with no one telling them anything! And sometimes parking lot is grimy with people that dont know how to get to the trash!

Really spotless and nice environment for my dogs, too. Looks safe & all neighbors are nice. I am really happy that I found this place in downtown. I definitely recommend this apartment to my friends.

The community itself is spotless and comfortable. but, the smoking issue is quite serious in our smoke free community, which isn't understandable. You can smell the smoke when walk on the hallway or even just open your window. Though the staff is trying to solve the smoke issue, the progress is limited.

My experience at this community has become a nightmare since about March 2025. My Car has been broken into in the “secured structure” that I pay $180 per month to park in, and also my apartment was broken into as well. You've got no cameras in any of the hallways, mgmt does nothing to secure the place. For the passed 3 weeks the elevator was broken and not requiring a key fob to access reisidents floors either. I speak with many other tenants here and we all share the same concerns. The building tries to hide the fact that burglaries (which all of us tenants believe are an inside job at the nads of staff or maintenance guys), car break ins (SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE EXPERIENCED THESE AS WELL IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS), are all constantly happening here. mgmt wouldn’t even allow me to post a bulletin informing the residents here that there was someone walking around with a crow bar breaking in units. Why wouldn’t you want to inform the community so that we could at least help one another keep the place safe since you all are failing to do so. It's a sad and uncomfortable situation. don't move here! It's my biggest regret honestly. I’ve suffered a loss of over $30,000 of my belongings as a result of this place. & they are not accountable at all. don't move here.

This apartment sucks. Leasing staff and mgmt might as well have been picked off the street with how useless and clueless they are. Biggest scam of an apartment you can find. People like Esteban are too useless to do anything

Be DTLA is great community. Please come and check. It's easy with lots of thing such as pick up packages and first floor have Starbucks, Chipotle and Grocery outlet and dental office. Etc... You should check. Thanks.
