fire alarms going off constantly in middle of day and night multiple times a month, unsupportive staff, dog poop in the hallways, cars being broken into constantly (mine was broken into twice even tho i pay 150 a month just to park) and despite all this our rent was raised my over a 1,000 dollars without the proper 90 day notice. The ONLY thing good about this place is the maitnrence staff who go above and beyond to not only help us with whatever we need, but are friendly and ALWAYS help within 24 hours

clean, quiet and just nice overall. 3 things that are hard to find in dtla with an affordable price as well. The staff is responsive and easy to get ahold of which is also nice. Having a market and Starbucks right below is so easy! happy.

Be dtla has provided more than satisfactory living experience. Location is great for working individuals since close to dtla and freeways. Staff of be dtla has been more responsive and helpful than when it was Sofia

Love it here, nice place, clean, safe, easy, legit, I enjoy living here so far. It was definitely a great decision!! I love what it had to offer. I believe this will be a great home for the next couple of months

We've lived here for over 6 months and have had some ups and downs. Maintenance and the upkeep of the building it great, but communication/follow through of the staff sometimes has issues. We could also do without pet rent for animals (cats) that never leave the apartment and therefore couldn't possibly add cost for upkeeping the building.

Overall my experience has been good. You've got times when we are wrongfully accused of being loud and we weren't even home and You've got times when people try and enter my apartment but thankfully my door is locked. I'm thinking these people are trying to steal items so that makes me feel unsafe at times.

My fiancé's vehicle was stolen from the parking area, and mgmt completely ignored the situation. I wouldn't suggest this apartment to anyone I care about because it feels unsafe, particularly when the staff takes no action to help residents feel secure.

The maintenance team responds quickly to repair requests, whether it's something small like replacing a burnt-out bulb or addressing pool temperature problems. I'm grateful for their diligent efforts and how well they keep the property maintained.

RECENT MAINTENANCE REQUEST TO FIX OUR AC WAS great - THE TWO GENTLEMEN WERE ABLE TO FIX AND RESOLVE QUICKLY! PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT IT WAS NO FAULT TO THEM FROM THE FIRST INQUIRY AS WE THOUGHT WE RESOLVED THE ISSUE BY RECHARGING OUR NEST AND ACCIDENTALLY CANCELLED WHEN IT TURNED OUT IT WAS A SEPARATE ISSUE

Generally solid Auite with a few operational kinks worth addressing. Experienced a missing package right away, which made the initial move-in pretty frustrating. The first-day setup could definitely be smoother, though day-to-day life after that has been pretty satisfactory!
