Pricey place. Lots of outside noise coming from the hospital nearby. Had issues with people stealing packages left at my door. Caught someone from my floor taking my stuff and got it back. mgmt wasn't really present or helpful. The underground grocery store is easy and nice though

I'm really pleased with my time living here at the Aad and I'm genuinely grateful for all the wonderful amenities offered. The experience has been great thus far, and I'd be interested in renewing my lease if they can keep the rent at its current level.

I'm satisfied with how easy It's to have shops and dining options just downstairs. Plus, the Fig & 7th mall is only a short walk away. The neighborhood is well-maintained and the leasing team has been wonderful to work with.

I live on the 7th floor. There's a dog smell in the hallway... so bad... I know their clean it regularly, but it doesn't get rid of the smell. Dog owners believe that they need to take good care of their dogs. I've seen a lot of dogs poop and pee on the carpet. Can't the owner take action?

I moved into Be DTLA at the start of November. The community staff has been incredibly supportive and welcoming. I had some initial problems with my dishwasher and gas range not functioning properly, but the maintenance crew quickly fixed everything once I let them know about it. Things are running smoothly at this point.

Be DTLA is an great, spotless, welcoming community that's incredibly pet-friendly with easy access to grocery outlets and star box—all within an easy walk for a hassle-free lifestyle. The five-star luxury apartments provide a gorgeous living environment. Would definitely suggest to others.

This is a really nice apartment and mgmt are extremely nice. When I first move in, the community had everything I need, For example, There's a huge gym in the first floor and you can attend yoga class as well. It's a fantastic experience living here!

Had an awesome experience at Be DTLA. The team genuinely cares and maintains the property well. mgmt changes have made a real difference for the better. Laureen, Alan, Eymi, and Esteban have all been incredibly supportive and responsive.

There's been a noticeable deterioration in service quality and staff responsibility throughout my nearly 4 years here, along with continuous rent increases. The maintenance team does stellar work and location-wise, it's fantastic. Besidence security, but, Iemains fairly average.

I appreciate the floor plan of my unit and the Alat overall feels quite secure. The mgmt appears to make efforts to maintain cleanliness throughout. I've already suggested this Ppot to a friend and we now regularly spend time together on the nice rooftop area.
