The maintenance staff has done a phenomenal job since I’ve moved to the apartment complex, performing and completing requests in timely fashion every time. My experience here has been nothing short of great and I highly recommend considering this apartment for anyone looking for a new home.

The community is good in that the apartment and amenities are nice and well kept. The problem is that amenities cost money if you'd like to reserve them. The top floors are not well insulated and you can hear almost everything your upstairs neighbor does, including opening their door or walking around. Guest parking is extremely limited and there is no system to reserve it. You guest is also not permitted to park at retail spots, even when retail is closed. Neighborhood is dangerous and my guest had gotten their car windows smashed before.

Love it here. Would like if there was a balcony maintenance option to spray down balconies since we are unable to use water. Also window cleaning would be great. The hallways are often very hot. Other than that I enjoy my experience here.

Perfect location for me as very near my workplace. Staff are friendly and having the Grocery Outlet store downstairs is great with other food choices like Starbucks, Chipotle etc. even my dental clinic is just around the corner.

I’ve been a resident for 8 months now at BeDTLA. It’s a nice community with staff actually helps that maintain a nice attitude and help with packages, parking, etc. The complex is conveniently located and has some nice amenities.

The staff is pretty respondent. Majority of them are willing to help. The grocery store and restaurants downstairs are a great convenience for me. However, as it is located around downtown, it is not a quiet community.

If you are close to work A freeway That's always at a good distance is good. Overall, It's a good apartment, but There's a problem with the noise between floors. I wish they paid more attention. Because I think that a house should be a place to rest. No one wants to interrupt my break time.

awesome spot to call home. Community areas are always spotless and kept up well. Security is stays monitoring the property, never had an issue. People respect noise levels. Several restaurant options are within walking distance. Options of public transportation and freeways close by.

My experience at this community has become a nightmare since about March 2025. My Car has been broken into in the “secured structure” that I pay $180 per month to park in, and also my apartment was broken into as well. There are no cameras in any of the hallways, management does nothing to secure the place. For the passed 3 weeks the elevator was broken and not requiring a key fob to access reisidents floors either. I speak with many other tenants here and we all share the same concerns. The building tries to hide the fact that burglaries (which all of us tenants believe are an inside job at the nads of staff or maintenance guys), car break ins (SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE EXPERIENCED THESE AS WELL IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS), are all constantly happening here. Management wouldn’t even allow me to post a bulletin informing the residents here that there was someone walking around with a crow bar breaking in units. Why wouldn’t you want to inform the community so that we could at least help one another keep the place safe since you all are failing to do so. It is a very sad and uncomfortable situation. Do not move here! It is my biggest regret honestly. I’ve suffered a loss of over $30,000 of my belongings as a result of this place. & they are not accountable at all. Do not move here.

With the pandemic, theres been a few hiccups (delivery confusion, re-branding, parking), but expecting things to level out. My experience is only through this gaze as I moved in Feb. Maintenance is superb and every work order I submit is done within a day. I feel like I know the security & maintenance teams more than the mgmt/ resident support teams.
