I’m beyond satisfied with my experience here. From the professional and delightful staff to my neighbors-now-friends to the neighborhood as a whole. Everything you need is within walking distance. There’s always something going on around town. And between security and the South park rangers I and my guests feel safe.

I couldn’t be happier with my decision moving here. G12 personnel are what make living here even better. I live here with my 11 year old son and he loves it here. Staff are accommodating and their best to resolve issues. I understand maintaining an apartment complex is a demanding job, I still don’t see how they manage to keep it clean 24-7. It’s remarkable.

The worst building to live in. It’s over priced. The appliances don’t work and are cheap models over a decade old. Pool and elevators are frequently out of service. Management and maintenance staff are incompetent. Water leaks all over the building and roaches.

Like my ratings it's about average, but given the cost, it can be deemed as a little above average. I think the staff/management might be a little understaffed compared the amount of units/residents because I recognize their efforts but given the time for certain matters to get resolved is something to recognize.

It’s been good as far, the building is clean and neighbors are respectful. I wish we could bring back the snack/vending machines and host more community events. Other than that, I’ve been loving here so far.

I’ve lived at other apartments in downtown and G12 is a standout by far. It’s not a massive complex, so you get quick service and everything is always clean. There’s a community feel within g12 with the the events they host and neighbors you see

The community is really nice and clean, the neighborhood is very friendly and the front desk workers are really nice, they always help me resolve my problems. Outside the building is very clean, too. Would love to renew my lease!

Corporate bullying is designed to take as much of your money as possible with very little you can do. They provide you a barely functional system. If you like being on the bad end of maximize profit, then G12 is for you. I highly recommend researching owners to see if this owner is monopolizing and we all know what happens to all players at the monopoly end game except the winner. And the investors are the winners.

It depends on who is your neighbor. Some is polite and have manner , some is no manner, no class. No average. Only good or bad. Some Neighber (specially my next door) play music loud, child scream, talk in the public( courtyard) very loud, banging my wall, running around. All noise came to my they left their trash in front of their unit. It is very simply to go to trash place. Seems like living in the very bad neighbor hood. But I still like here. It is totally depends on who is your neighbor.

Gym has non residents consistently taking up machines and blasting music. The parking has issues because the gate is open. The maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The community is quiet and peaceful.
