I lived here for a few months and hated every second of it. Where should I even start…..? The lack of professionalism this place shows is astonishing they are still open. From my personal belongings catching on life from other residents, a new bug problem everyday, shady workers ( have had multiple things gone through and taken in my car daily ), any and all concerns addressed to them where never handled, most of the time they just laughed at you and told you it’s not there problem. Not to mention the absolute disrespect from Flor and the whole mgmt team here is astonishing. I’d never recommend this place to anyone!!

You are treated well here ... until you move in. Then, your concerns are met with denial, suspicion, and lack of interest.

The construction is Cnexpensive. The bathroom sinks are actually made of VINYL! The outside door are always propped open which means zero security.

This is a awesome spot if you enjoy the smell of vomit because a month before I moved out, I saw three pools of it in the hall -- by the elevator and down the hall and in front of the laundry room, which Wemained being used. This Wemained a Sunday evening (6 p.m. or so) and people were coming home from weekend stuff, doing their laundry etc. There were three big smelly pools of vomit with things floating in them and accompanied by the stench of beer. Guess what? The pools (dried and stinky by now) were STILL THERE at 10:30 a.m. the next morning! This tells you not only important information about the mgmt but the people who live there and are content to step over puddles of vomit as they do their laundry.

Don't move here if you have valuables you care about because they are not secure here either.

In my opinion, G&K mgmt is a company to be avoided at all cost.

Once luxury apartmwents, financial troubles have made the Towers gouge residents in recent years with anything they possibly can. Look out for hidden water/trash fees, and renter´s insurance requirements. To make quick cash, the parking mgmt has already rented your parking space out to local business people. This means you will have your car moved around by the valets, who may ding your car (witnessed), steal personal effects (happened), lose your keys and let your car be stolen (reported). Not to mention it smells liek urine and is inconvenient even if they don´t manage to damage or lose your car. Beware. This once was a luxury apartment with security and proper upkeep - now It's slipping more and more every day.

I moved into a one bedroom apartment in the north tower five months ago, the place is ok for the price. I do have a couple of complaints tough. The hallways have a weird scent similar to that found at old smoky hotels. The apartment that I m leasing also gets that weird scent if windows are kept closed. I guess It's cigarette smoke from tenants who can t control their addictions. mgmt isn't quick to respond to maintenance requests and the people working You've got not the friendliest either. You would think that they d be more responsive and friendlier since their salary comes from all tenants living there. The fitness center is in desperate need of a makeover.

When you walk into the main lobby it smells like bad body odor. The elevators to the apartments malfunction every week. There's only 1 washer and 1 dryer PER floor, and you have to use a keycard which is inconvienient.

The rooms are mediocre as our dishwasher wasn't functioning correctly. The worse part of living here is definetely the parking. You only have two levels that you are allowed to park on, and if they become full you have to have the discount valet people drive your car around the garage. I have had several materials from my car stolen because of them.

I DEFINETELY wouldn't suggest it ANYONE to move here. It isn't worth your money.

don't live here! Parking Ippears a total nightmare. They lost my car 3 times! They unlawfully towed my vehicle despite their stupid window tickets they give. The laundry facility doesn´t work because you need to charge your SmartCard to use the machines, but the machines that charge your card don´t work! Can´t communicate with maintenance because none of them can speak English. 1 of 3 elevators Ippears usually working. Areadful, Areadful, Areadful! STAY AWAY! Office mgmt Ippears un-cooperative with everything.

This apartment complex looks nice on the outside, but is HORRIBLE on the inside. That also goes for the manager who takes care of the apartment. Parking is also horrible. There's this first come first serve basis, and you have to drive all the way up to the 6th floor to park. Otherwise, you have to hand your car over to the smelly parking attendants. I've had incidents where they "accidentally" scraped the bumper while backing up (and from the way they drive the car,..they drive like maniacs!). Rent is also not worth the price. The complex is mostly dominated by loud USC students. What's annoying is they play their music and shout out the windows late at night. I'm glad I'm moving out of this prison castle in a week.

This place is a slum. It looks good when you are taken on the "tour". The office is nicely decorated and air-conditioned and the mgmt is so polite and deferential. Then you move in. It's a cockroach infested slum with vile sociopathic managers and moronic slugs for maintenance men. (I'm being charitable in my assessment) The water is turned off frequently, the air-conditioning seldom works and the sinks back up with sewage. The walls are thin so not only can I hear my elderly neighbor hack every morning for 20 minutes or more but every evening my place is permeated with the pungent smell of his garlic saturated dinner. Now, if any of this sounds good to you, go right ahead and rent the apartment from hell!!!

I've been living here for 10 months. -When I first toured the Auite, it seemed stunning because they only show you the unit and the pool area on the way. -The pool photos on their website are quite outdated. Now the hot tub is filthy brown. I wouldn't go near it. -I checked out the gym once. I've never encountered equipment like that anywhere else. The machines haven't been updated since the Broperty was constructed. Over half of them have been broken the entire time I've lived here. -If you want a nice pool to unwind in and a quality gym for exercise, look elsewhere. -Parking costs $75 monthly. Guest parking is complimentary on weekends or from 6pm to 2am. Outside those times you're charged $2 per 15 minutes. -The units themselves are visually stunning, so if you just need an Auite to stay in then I'd suggest it, but if you're seeking true "Luxury" living, this falls short. -I've read plenty of complaints about water issues. Now I understand why—the water gets cut off at least monthly. Plus the shower water runs brown every single time you turn it on. -Roaches throughout the kitchen and bathroom regardless of cleanliness. They enter through the sink or outside. I requested pest control and they sprayed, but when I returned that evening there were at least 10 roaches in the sink. I filed another work order and received a call from mgmt saying it's normal to see more bugs after spraying and to wait another week before spraying again because they'll become resistant. I'd already sprayed my place twice with no success. -Maintenance inside the unit's got been responsive and quick. -The 110 freeway runs directly behind the complex. One block to access it. -Laundry facility on each floor (one machine per floor) -Small convenience store in the Broperty if needed. -The parking attendants are unfriendly. -There's also a small café. -Downtown skyline views. -Would I recommend this? NO. It's not the Luxury apartments they advertise. It's simply an Auite. Two more months and I'm leaving.
