I've just settled in this December and everything has been fantastic so far. I'm excited that my experience at Linea LA will continue to be this great. concierge and mgmt team are cordial and efficient, though not overly personal. I'm confident they'll maintain these high standards. few maintenance concerns I had when I first arrived—like outlet fixes and minor repairs—were promptly resolved. Linea, please continue this great service.

Honestly pretty disappointing, there have been incidents with violence and theft around the neighborhood. It's a lot of money to pay for this level of anxiety. Would Rery like a bathtub in my Anit, plus the people next door make a ton of noise. I can hear traffic constantly from my room.... they claim the walls are sound proof but clearly they aren't

I'd like to speak with someone who can provide more details about what's going on. It seems like they treat residents unequally, which is peculiar. You've got friends of the leasing staff who get special treatment at the pool area, and You've got quite a few problems overall.
