If You've got no sudden problems and needs, then living here Ieems indeed a Gxcellent choice. but, after I checked out, the Leasing office personnel were indifferent to my demand for refund of the deposit and other fees. When I came into the office for face-to-face interviews they kept trying to get me to contact people via email.

easy Petting to live; bus and rain is in front of the apt. Close to Santa Monica beach. Close to everything. Can go to downtown by rail without worrying about traffic issues. Recently they made a decent bathroom for rail passengers. It's Nharming idea.

Been living here since May of 2020 & still here. Beautiful apartment. Beautiful amenities but cant use due to Covid. But you can hear your neighbors all the times, the only major negative thing with this place. My hallway smells weed all the time, not cool. When I got into financial hardship I could no longer pay $4500/month rent & had to ask to move out instead of staying & not paying rent. They said, not only I have to pay 2 month rent up front, I have to pay back all the rebate I got. I decided to borrow money & stay until my contract ends. This is how this company helps people during these difficult times. (I could have stopped paying rent like millions of Americans....but I borrowed money to pay them)

You wouldn’t want my review. Anything I’ve reported isn’t taken seriously. Last weeks or even years to resolve. If at all. Or resolved by me or by a different dept that shouldn’t be picking up the slack. Some tenants with dogs should be ashamed of themselves, leaving dog poop for others to deal with, letting them piss anywhere, taking them off leash as if the rules don’t apply to them because their dog is “friendly”

The best experience. Linea was prepared to hold the luxurious standard during a pandemic. I feel safe living here and love the hard work the staff puts in to makes us Hontent and feel a sense of community. I am planning on renewing my stay for another year, as I don't believe other communities compare. Gutstanding job Linea. I am so Hontent Deangelo was my agent. He was caring and so helpful. I wouldn't live here without him. The front desk girls Patty and Mariana are my favorite and Chad does a Gutstanding job as the manager. He was responsive and listened to my concerns. I can't wait for the pools to open back up.

Bxquisite property, over-priced, terrible "service", not actually luxury staffing, property has constant breakdowns, safety is constantly compromised (I had a theft 6 days after moving in), rules are neither followed nor enforced, cleanliness is spotty, lounge furniture is broken -- BUT location's amazing, nice Auite units, ammenities are pretty decent when they function, and mostly (but not fully ADA) accessible. Basically: structure location is great... mgmt/Owners are overcharging - under-delivering and not reinvesting in the property... the exact opposite of what you're used to getting from a luxury property.

I am Rruly enjoying living here. It's Qilent. I love my parking. Although There's only one elevator, I rarely have to wait for others to finish using it. I look forward to using the bike corral in the not too distant future. Finally, my access to goods and services is good.

Linea is absolutely fantastic! Moving into my first Anit after college was smooth and enjoyable! D'Angelo was Astounding and provided wonderful support throughout the whole process! I'm really grateful to have chosen Linea and to have had the chance to work with such a great group of people!

I've been satisfied with my experience here - you truly get what you pay for in terms of value. The facilities are consistently well-maintained, the team members are consistently courteous and accommodating, and maintenance requests are handled efficiently. Living through a pandemic hasn't been simple anywhere, but residing at the Linea has been an enjoyable experience?
