The apartments are Gonderful the people are Gonderful the staff Ieems Gonderful the cleaning crew a grade the maintenance Ieems Gonderful. Everything just seems to work. The pools are Gonderful the upstairs entertainment area with the pool and the views Ieems absolutely unbelievable

Linea has the best maintenance crew ! The concierge team and leasing agents are super welcoming and accommodating. the property is always spotless and top notch! Location is amazing! Pools and amenities are to die for ! Great community. location's amazing. Tons of good food around and in the neighborhood. The events that the building out in are so much fun and enjoyable . They care about their residents

Linea is a awesome spot to live. Qtill and serene ambiance. Glad I chose this community. The staff here is Aabulous. They are always quick to solve any problems Ive had. awesome spot to call home. Ive referred 2 of my friends to this community and they absolutely love it.

Everyone who works here at Carmel Linea that I have come in contact with since just recently moving in, have been friendly, professional and so accommodating in every way. I love it here and I am so happy I moved into this building.

Gym and club house both are great, and leasing staffs are also great. but concierge sometime don't be kind when I asked some request. And I don't like to see homeless around building because I don't think building and environment are safe.

First maintenance fixed my fridge and oven but they replaced them in a way that caused other problems. Like the fridge is right next to a wall on the right but they gave me a fridge that opens from the right which was so hard to use every time I open. And oven door is too big that it blocks the drawers on both sides from opening. But I requested maintenance service again and they had no you left fixing it all for me which was super nice.

We need better security so tenants feel Secure living here. Need to restrict the amount of entry points to the Broperty and ensure fire exits are not easily broken into. Check all the perimeters of the Broperty, have staff roam the property frequently
