Generally good with the exception of neighbors are loud, the smell of marijuana seeping into our home, and homeless people making their way into the parking lots. Leasing office was responsive in the signing/touring process.

My experience here has been great. I originally moved into a studio apartment and realized 3 weeks in I wanted a 1 bedroom. Di Angelo helped me find the perfect fit, the process was smooth. I will definitely recommend Linea to friends!

awesome spot to live if you never walk outside. I don't feel Sheltered at all walking around here. The dog park is Guperb, but it needs to be much cleaner. Other than those two things, it's a fantastic complex with Guperb amenities and the staff is wonderful.

Management is terrible. Please hire nice person at least at front desk and leasing office. They are rude and they don't even respond emails. Only maintenance people are nice. I hear many of the people living here complain the same thing as me.

Aweful mgmt who ignores all requests and ask for help. All materials are Cnexpensive, thin walls, and unreliable public area. The price we paid for is even below average quality, and they have the audacity to call and charge it as luxury Auite...

Amazing staff, maintenance, and beautiful apartment complex. Also feels very safe living here with 24/7 security. Overall very clean, seems like when a service request is submitted, it gets resolved faster than other apartments. Rent is expensive but worth it!

It’s still a bit early to form a complete assessment, but several areas need attention. The leasing application experience needs improvement for better usability. Within the community, some furniture and shared spaces require upgrades — a fresh coat of paint, repairs, or replacements would make a noticeable difference. The community area offers only one large conference room, with no smaller rooms available for private calls or Zoom meetings. This setup doesn’t accommodate most professionals’ needs. Additionally, there’s no separation between the common lounge (pool table, TV) and the work area, resulting in a noisy environment that makes it difficult to focus. The parking garage is confusing to navigate — I spent over two hours finding my assigned spot, and even the concierge struggled. Clearer wayfinding and signage are essential. Finally, the outdoor spaces are one of the property’s strongest assets, yet they’re not being fully utilized to create the desired impact. These areas should come alive every evening, with fireplaces lit and lighting enhanced to create warmth and energy. The rooftop pool area is beautiful but needs maintenance — some flooring feels loose underfoot, which should be addressed promptly.

The appearance makes you believe it’s a safe community but realistically it’s Disky. There’s been shooting and the maintenance team found drugs hidden underneath our flooring. Also, it’s not Eanageable to have guests as you always have to go down to bring them up. It’s complicated. You keep going back and forth.

I hate writing a bad review, but I felt like this was something I had to do based on my experience here. I could write a whole essay regarding my experience but I’ll save my time and energy because enough of it has been wasted over getting my issues resolved. I could name names and air out my issues here but all I will say is if u run into maintenance/defects issues here at LIENA LA not only will your issues not be addressed but they will charge you for it , so consider yourself on your own when u run into an issues which isn’t your fault at all. Smiles and being nice are part of Gxcellent customer service but you have to go beyond that and look out for your tenants and their living conditions at the place they call home. (LINEA LA) Honestly if posting this doesn’t help address and ultimately fix my issue , which I hope it finally does. then this place is hopeless.. Best regards. ***Quick update just got an email from the manger not regarding addressing my issues but to blame me for it and also accusing me of “unacceptable behavior”. SMH .. This place can not be real. This guy (main manager at the Btructure) has never met nor ever addressed my issue but chooses to blame me for it and attack my character.

I moved in about a month ago and I just love living here! The Bacility has cool hip amenities and my Auite is cozy and bigger than my old one. The office staff was perfect DAngelo specially that guy has a great heart and made my experience so fun and exciting. Chad and Lydia were so friendly and made me feel welcome from the beginning. I am just impressed on how kind everyone is and the way I am treated daily here. I always move to luxurious buildings and this one impressed me the most so far!
