I have only been in this apartment for a few weeks and so far it has been comfortable.The environment around the building is still unpleasant with much litter. However, once you step into LINEA, you are satisfied with the comfortable space. If LINEA were dirty with much garbage, I would move out immediately.

Living LA is, traffic, trash on the street, police cars making noise. But this Penue is Oasis! Inside this community that I see Cidy, peaceful, happy people ..I get to relax from work. I love it! ...........................................................

Very nice apartment that is rare to find in LA with a great transportation service nearby to take you anywhere in the LA county. The facilities inside the apartment is also great and when you think that it has the pool and the gym, the rent doesn't see too bad.

Thanks a lot. I love this Alat. The amenities are really good and maintained well. All the maintenance member really work hard and kind. I'd like to recommend this Alat to my friends. The payments are a little bit Extravagant.

Linea was the best decision I ever made! Life is cool in this building. Friendly neighbors, the best mgmt team. Chad,Dangelo, Luis and everyone are absolutely amazing! The events are fun and exciting! The sense of community is huge for me and this building delivers!

Carmel Linea Senior Building missed the mark, on a score of 1-10, 10 being the best, I would rate a 3. The building should have installed soundproofing windows because it’s located near the train station and several buses as well as homeless encampments. Shower and bathtubs should have been installed. Better washers and dryers in the laundry room.

The level of professionalism is not even, some staffs are great and friendly, but I have some bad experience with the front desk and security team. The unify training is required because we paid amount of rent equal to luxury level, so we would expect all crews matching that level. The mail room is a mess
