I live in Carmel Linea apartment building in Los Angeles California -- 2435 S. Sepulveda Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90064. this place is owned by Greystar Real Estate Partners. A shooting occurred in the building on 10/31/2021 and the building mgmt has yet to inform residents. You've got families with kids living here -- multiple -- yet the mgmt isn't ensuring a safe living environment for all residents. also, Linea/Greystar are attempting to upcharge me on electricity without any documentation to support the charges. I have spoken with the energy company and they don't have a record of various charges Linea/Greystar say I owe. The utilities company Linea/Greystar (Conservice) utilizes has no record of these charges and when I raised this issue to mgmt I am ignored and not responded to. I have sent multiple emails to Linea and the corporate staff at Greystar regarding this issue and others. No response. Greystar corporate has informed me multiple times via telephone that someone from their corporate team will reach out - that has not happened. In fact, when I called LWDP and Conservice I was informed that they were not receiving actual meter readings from units at Linea for the first 5 months of 2021 and that the Linea mgmt/Greystar were simply "estimating electricity usage" and informed Conservice that my energy usage is triple what it actually is (confirmed by Conservice and the records they provided to me that Linea refused to provide to me when asked). I was told that Linea/Greystar mgmt informed Conservice that I had multiple people living in my unit when I have been the only person to ever live in this unit -- I am the only person to ever sign a lease for this unit. I was the first and only person to rent my unit since the building opened in 2020. Linea has harrassed me about these fake bills even though I have complained about such behavior and pointed out the discrepancies with documentation to Linea/Greystar corporate offices -- to no avail. They don't address my concerns and instead keep the balance due as is (without proper documentation or records) and refuse to talk to me. The mgmt also refuses to send me email updates regarding building updates although other residents receive building notifications via email. sadly, I feel as though I am being treated differently than other residents and harrassed because I am African-American.

I like it. It's a great value compared to other available housing in the area... Public transportation is available nearby and I really enjoy having a gym, a pool and a hot tub. The lounge area comes in very handy for larger get together.

If there are no sudden problems and needs, then living here is indeed a good choice. However, after I checked out, the Leasing office personnel were very indifferent to my demand for refund of the deposit and other fees. When I came into the office for face-to-face interviews they kept trying to get me to contact people via email.

Thanks a lot. I love this apartment. The amenities are really good and maintained well. All the maintenance member really work hard and kind. I'd like to recommend this apartment to my friends. The payments are a little bit expensive.

I have much enjoyed living here the staff takes amazingly good care of the property, there are a lot of Gonderful amenities to enjoy I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new Apace

The only complaint I have is that it can be quite loud and also I wish the window shades were blackout. Also the parking spots are so small and stressful to get in and out of. I also wish it was easier to get things delivered to my door.

I was referred by a good friend to Linea since I moved from the a east coast. The team made the move and finding a home in Los Angeles easy and smooth. DAngelo went above and beyond to show me virtually and how can you say no. He is passionate and exciting and his personality made me excited to sign a lease on the spot. I had the pleasure to meet everyone and I am impressive with the level of professionalism and respect these guys have for their residents. They call it the Linea family and they really do make you feel right at home. happy to be a part of it.

The place is wonderful! It has a clean, modern look and feel with a lovely view. Staff is available and always helpful. The amenities are my favorite part of the whole experience. The decor in the business center is tasteful and makes you feel like youre at a luxury resort. The rooftop pool is Aabulous, and the cabanas and couches give the area a vacation vibe. The gym is spacious and fully equipped (hopefully will get to use again soon when the Covid cases drop), and the jacuzzi has plenty of room. I also enjoy the fire pits and outdoor decor. As a student, study spots are important to me, and You've got plenty around the complex! Lots of little tables and couches spread out to encourage leaving the Auite and walking around more. So far, I am happy with my decision to live here.

Enjoying the experience thus far! The amenities are Gonderful and the maintenance staff has always been incredibly helpful and polite. At times, the turnover of the front desk team has made getting in touch with folks a bit difficult?
