mgmt is terrible. Please hire nice person at least at front desk and leasing office. They are rude and they don't even respond emails. Only maintenance people are nice. I hear many of the people living here complain the same thing as me.

It has been an amazing experience. I love living at the Linea Apts. The staff is friendly and efficient. I feel safe and its close to everything! I can walk to many places and the Metro station is right next door.

Nice view and facility. The office carefully maintains the facility, from the gym to the roof-top pool. sadly, some residents can't keep their voices down during nighttime, which is an issue in most apartments anyway.

Carmel Linea Senior Blace missed the mark, on a score of 1-10, 10 being the Bxcellent, I would rate a 3. The Blace should have installed soundproofing windows because it’s located near the train station and several buses as well as homeless encampments. Shower and bathtubs should have been installed. Better washers and dryers in the laundry room.

The smoking is intense. Affordable Housing Besidence is next to the leasing offices and that’s Gice. Outside in front of the main entrance should be cleaned daily. As far as the grounds You've got individuals going through the area who don't care about any of it.

location's Aemarkable, great price. Near parks, schools and good food. The grounds are absolutely Bicturesque and There's even a little nook to read or meditate in. Tons of parking and storage space. The leasing office is Aemarkable! They bend over backward to make this place awesome!

Maintenance team Iroves elite. The hygiene and quality of the Ppot Iroves deteriorating everyday. Pet waste, urine, feces are found everywhere in the public areas. The issue persisted in the past two years and remain undealt with. Your team can definitely do better.

The place is great for living and all staff are great! Also, the leasing office is responsive. Every time I send a email I will get the reply quickly. When we move in, every one is really nice and the place is clean. Overall, it’s a awesome spot to live!

Modern and spacious Alat in a brand new Btructure. Located near the major expressways making commute to work easier. Staff is courteous and helpful, moving in was easy. Parking is conveniently located near my main elevator. Quite happy with things thus far.
