They look pretty from the outside. The entire buildings are roach infested. Elevators are always broken. Its always a pain in the --- to get a response from management. The fobs are always a crap shoot if they are actuallu going to work. They are overpriced roach motels.

Just wanted to say that the stay and services were beyond expectations. It is one thing to have a great setting and location for living but when the on site services are just as great (Jessica from Resident Services was the sweetest and always helpful, thanks!!!) you simply can't beat it. Would recommend to anyone needing a transitionary placement or even a permanent stay.

I love this apartments. My experience here was awesome! They really take care of the property and they care about the residents. The couple times I had an issue, Jessica was there to help me out, she allways had the right answer to my questions and take care of my maintenance requests in timely manners!

I like this apartments safety and quite. The staff are very friendly and Jessica from residents service very professional.

I am writing this review to sing praises for Jessica from resident services. I don't often write reviews but Jessica has provided the absolute best quality service!! She always goes the extra mile in both professionalism as well as work ethic! Before she came, my opinion of the resident staff was not negative, but not anything to brag about either. Jessica is by far a sign of improvement within the company and hope for the future!!!
