Once we moved in we could not get in touch via phone to manager or any staff members. Everything was done through email or had to go to the office during business hours. We paid our rent on time and very good tenants. I own a rental and know what tenants can be like. We had a short term lease which we needed to extend and each time our rent went up at least 20 percent. I complained of the water sprinkler system was on for at least 48 hours and management office replied this is a landscaper issue and they could do nothing about it. Los Angeles was in an extreme drought and they couldn't do anything about this!!!!!!! There are no keys to apartment doors, it is all computerized and they locked us out on a Saturday. They never apologized or explained what happened. We felt like we lived in someones compound. At night you could hear people talking outside, loud cars and music blasting from car or apartment. At night the only person to contact was the front gate person on Third St. who couldn't leave their post. There are to many other better places to live then here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I have lived here since September and have had issues since day 1. The entire floor above me blasts music at obscene volumes until 5:30-6:00 in the morning. There is also not one, but two different couples involved in DAILY domestic disputes that echo through the entire complex, waking me from a dead sleep after a 15 hour work day. I was very understanding and easy going about the noise for a long time until it became unbearable. Susie, who is in charge of resident relations, did nothing to address any of the issues I was having with the quality of living and I was either passed off to a higher level associate and ignored, or blatantly ignored by her herself. They cater to "celebrity" residents who the rules do not apply to. I have over 50 videos of the loud music, screaming, partying, fighting, etc. that I have taken over the past 8 months to submit to the office to try to get them to help and nothing is done. This has been the worst experience I have had living anywhere.

The reason I moved to the Palazzo was because I wanted to live at a clean place surrounded by restaurants, bars, food stores, shopping and cafés. Since I was pretty new in town I didn't know much about The Palazzo, except that it was very exclusive. And now that I have lived here for a few months I can only say - WOW. This is not only a place with the environment I searched for, with beautiful apartments, a nice gym and spa area, in the heart of Hollywood. The service is also extraordinary! I am very thankful to live at a place where the connection between me as a resident and the people working there is this good. Every time I get in contact with a staff member I always get a big smile and a "how is your day going?". It makes me feel safe and like home. Every time I have had a question or thought, they have always helped me very well. And yes. Palazzo has the nicest residents and it's always a pleasure to meet new people living here and I'm proud to be a part of it. Thank you for this experience. I will never move again and neither will you if you move in. Impress your family and friends and choose the Palazzo. Sincerely, Malin

Moving into the unit, the bath tubs were clogged with so much hair (as long as a full ponytail). The stove didn't even work when we moved in. The apartment flooded multiple times due to poor plumbing. The management is awful and will not help you in any way when big issues happen, like flooding! Stuff ruined... the don't care! The office people say they will help you with something, but most of them just try to shove you off to a different person and your problems never get resolved! The sauna and steam room hardly even work. The pool always has stuff floating in it and it never has sun after 3pm! This place is NOT worth the money!!!!!!!!

I am very happy living in this community. The people at the office are very helpful and friendly. Very nice place.

Grate place to live, nice people, close to shopping Santer this is the best place to live.

It is really good place for living

I'm an international student from Korea, so I need a clean and safe apartment. The Palazzo at Park La Brea is the apartment that I exactly want. I am satisfied with the luxurious interior and exterior thereof. And the staffs I ever met were always kind and helpful.

The room I live in is very nice and the environment around the community is also so good. Although, there are minor troubles in my house, they quickly handled those matters and solve them. This was so helpful and reliable.

Overpriced. Maintenance and management are not helpful. Property damage to clothes from water leak. Rats, cockroaches, and spiders everywhere.
