I've enjoyed living here. The neighbors can be a bit noisy but the location, facilities, staff, and quick maintenance are all well worth it. I like coming to my home every day.

Centrally located in close proximity to food shopping, The Grove, a park, pharmacy, Cedars-Sinai Hospital. Friendly staff in every department from Leasing to Spa to Gym to Cleaning Staff. I find that Security might be upgraded so that tenants and non tenants pay attention to the rules. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The pool is most inviting. It is quiet when it should be and fun when it is appropriate. Most of the residents are friendly and are only here for months or a few years. There are many choices for size of apartments and locations and a maximum of 4 floors of apartments. Parking is convenient, reasonably priced, and clean. Gates help to keep us all secure.

My years here at the Palazzo East community truly is just amazing ..I have lived here for nine years and hope to be here another nine years..I truly consider this home... Living alone and having my eight eight year old mother coming to stay with me form time to time the communities is just lovely and safe !!! I myself am a avid work out person and having the lovely pool and gym facility is great and saves me from going far from home.. From the front office to maintenance team here I truly have no complaints ever !!! But the best of it all is they serve coffee at the spa and saving five dollars every morning is the best !!! I just walk down to spa and enjoy a great fresh cup at coffee in a lovely gated communicate . DID I MENTION I LOVE LIVING AT THE PALAZZO EAST ...... STACEY ANNE QUINTILAINO"
