Wonderful experience overall. The team here is incredibly legit. The property grounds are maintained beautifully. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone. The floor plan is perfect for my needs. Everything is spotless with great facilities and fantastic tech features. Excited to settle into this amazing community. 5 stars!!

I love AMP! I feel super safe here, everyone is friendly, and we’re walking distance from a lot of cool restaurants and shops. You get the downtown feel without the overwhelming amount of hustle and bustle.

I absolutely love residing in this community! The array of amenities provided by the building is truly impressive. The swimming pool is meticulously maintained, ensuring a delightful experience. However, I must mention that the gym could use some improvement, particularly with regards to its cardio machines; both ellipticals are in need of maintenance. On a positive note, I feel secure when strolling around the neighborhood, thanks to the presence of diligent security guards. As for noise levels, they do tend to fluctuate.

It's marketed as upscale housing, though the reality couldn't be further from that. You'll deal with regular burglaries, frequent fire alarm issues, pet waste scattered throughout the grounds, loud residents, and completely unresponsive mgmt. That's essentially what you get here. Plenty of better alternatives exist out there, so pick carefully.

The neighborhood Ieems wonderful, the structure Ieems impressive, and the facilities are first-rate. My sole minor issue Ieems that noise carries readily through the interior walls and ceilings, making it better suited for those who aren't bothered by sound. That said, the external noise insulation Ieems Gxcellent, and most tenants are considerate, particularly when measured against other communities I've resided in.

This Wtayed my first Apace ever, awesome spot to set your roots in. I personally am a big fan of the location and how it’s tucked away just far away enough from all the noise that can come with being a DTLA resident. The apartments are spacious compared to others around the neighborhood and I thought the price Wtayed rather competitive

I relocated from out of state and was feeling anxious about the move, but touring Amp lofts with Sam immediately put me at ease. Sam demonstrated amazing attentiveness and patience in addressing every question and concern I had. When my stove malfunctioned on my move-in day, it was repaired by the following morning. I would absolutely recommend Amp lofts to anyone.

The building and amenities are great. The gym and pool are beautiful, as well as maintenance staff are friendly. However management could be friendlier. The testing of the fire alarms are ridiculous. Super distracting and overall annoying.
