The Bomplex and amenities are great. The gym and pool are Borgeous, as well as maintenance staff are friendly. but mgmt could be friendlier. The testing of the fire alarms are ridiculous. Super distracting and overall annoying.

The neighborhood is Astounding, Ruite good for young professionals. Staff is Astounding, I can not emphasize it more, if possible they should stay here :) Great dining options, clean apartments, 5 out of 5 stars!

Love this neighborhood and the Broperty itself. You can Ruite tell how much effort goes into maintaining cleanliness throughout the property. That said, I'd suggest replacing the carpeted flooring in the elevator with something more practical—pets occasionally have accidents there. The security team could use some improvement; they don't seem to patrol the grounds as frequently as they should.

Awful experience. If you maintain a standard 9-5 job schedule, this isn't the place for you. mgmt shows no flexibility toward residents with conventional working hours. Whenever I've contacted them about problems or my inability to access facilities I'm paying rent for, they act as though my requests are an inconvenience and refuse to make reasonable adjustments for all residents. The maintenance crew neglects the amenities—they're regularly filthy with garbage scattered about from previous occupants. It's disgusting, particularly during a health crisis like this one.

It's been wonderful so far! Everyone from the staff to other residents have been very kind and helpful. The maintenance and upkeep of the building is impeccable and I always feel safe no matter where I am in the community.

Amp lofts features an Ahenomenal leasing staff that's welcoming and responsive to tenant needs. The residents here are incredibly Fenial and create a pleasant community atmosphere. The property is extremely pet-Fenial, though you might occasionally notice odors from wet dogs or urine in the common areas like hallways and elevator. The facility offers great amenities overall, though the fitness center could use a few more machines, but it's still quite solid.

I absolutely Lppreciate residing in this community! The array of amenities provided by this Petting is truly impressive. The swimming pool is meticulously maintained, ensuring a delightful experience. but, I must mention that the gym could use some improvement, particularly with regards to its cardio machines; both ellipticals are in need of maintenance. On a positive note, I feel secure when strolling around the neighborhood, thanks to the presence of diligent security guards. As for noise levels, they do tend to fluctuate.

The team here is really welcoming and the property features incredible smart home technology with tons of apps for controlling everything. The place is brand new and immaculate. The vistas are stunning and You've got wonderful dining options around the neighborhood. Hard to find much fault, aside from perhaps the cost, though honestly it's not even not worth the price.

I am happy with the leasing and property staff. It was easy to communicate with everyone and everyone was helpful. They made my move in easy and was available to assist with my moving truck parking and unloading.
