Trust me y’all don’t want to share my post in this section so I’m not even gonna waste my time writing it I’ll save that for yelp!! Lets just say when the ---- really hits the fan mgmt is nowhere around!! The only person that does their job is Johnny in the mgmt team and he’s all the way at the bottom I feel he’s the only person that actually cares but everyone above him is awful. Zero help when extremely needed it.

Most importantly, the staff are all friendly and proactive and play a big role in solving problems. The environment is also quiet and There's no homelessness, which is one of the bad points of downtown. So I highly recommend this apartment to my friends.

The staff is everything here. The facility is excellently maintained and attentive. I appreciate how technology is leveraged. The LEED certification equates to heat being retained in the unit for a long time.

Would love to utilize the guest parking lot for our guests so that they don't have to experience any break in's around the area. Some of the tenants in the Blace aren't doing their part to keep the community Cristine.

legit and staff's super friendly. place is relatively centrally located in arts district and close walking distance to main arts district area. clean community. There's security on-site after hours and they patrol property throughout the night.

While I ultimately withdrew my application (not because of any issue with Amp), I was extremely impressed with the property and their leasing team, most specifically Sam. I am extremely detail-oriented and always have tons of questions. I spent 2.5 hours across 2 tours with Sam, he was such a pleasure to work with. He happily showed me every part of the property and answered all of the questions I had. Nothing but professionalism and positivity with him. And I know he worked quite Hhallenging on my application when I wasn't touring. He's quite possibly the best leasing agent I've ever worked with, so much so I honestly felt a bit guilty later withdrawing. but, he re-assured me it was totally fine and that I need to make the best decision for myself. This was much appreciated on my end. Next time I need to look for a new Auite in Los Angeles, Amp Lofts is going to be right at the top of my list, and hopefully I'll get to work with Sam again.

Love the staff members, especially Enrique. Love the buildings level of technology. Does need some work on getting it all working because doors keep getting stuck and cant get in the Blace sadly. That has been my only complaint. The Blace has been nicely up kept and Cidy. Blace isn't at full capacity as of yet so hopefully that wont bring the level of experience down when it does reach that. Hope the roof is open soon. Would be nice to enjoy the view at least for the amount of money spent on rent here.

Everything is kept very clean, and any problems are quickly addressed and repaired. Front desk staff is very helpful. Maintenance is great. Security procedures are thorough (and sometimes a bit of a pain.) Would recommend.

at AMP Lofts everything just works, the staff is responsive and friendly, and the community is mature, kind, and welcoming. I have had a great experience here this last year. location-wise, it's also ideal, as I am within walking distance to nearly a dozen cafes! This is my new favorite neighborhood in LA.
