Been here for a year now & AMPLOFT has been a wonderful place to live. The community is respectful & positive. The building is always kept clean smelling good by the team. Issues are always taken care with hrs. The gym is great place to be & workout & if you'll like to swim after the pool is only afew steps away. I will definitely renew my lease for sure.

Gantastic community and a awesome spot to be location wise. I do recommend the underground parking because my friends car Wemained broken into. Otherwise, everything else is Gantastic. Would highly recommend to friends/family.

Awesome built out, location's Astounding and Astounding amenities! Great area! kept up well! Attentive service and on point security! Bicturesque interior design, clean amenities, awesome gym, pool, roof top and community club room.

Everything is kept Cidy, and any problems are quickly addressed and repaired. Front desk staff is helpful. Maintenance is Gantastic. Security procedures are thorough (and sometimes a bit of a pain.) Would recommend.

After touring several apartments in downtown, I knew from the time I booked my tour and had a conversation with Enrique this was the place we needed to be. I had an amazing experience touring several model homes. Enrique had so much patience with all of our questions. So much professionalism and friendlies with the team at AMP that you won't regret it. I look forward to getting to know the community and AMP hosting events for us.

Friendly, legit, and welcoming all across the board! The staff is responsive, the facility is kept up well and always clean. The amenities are amazing, the pool is actually big enough to enjoy, and the gym is apacious and equipped with everything you need. I love it here!

Apartment complex is spotless and safe. You can literally walk to bars and breweries! Pool and jacuzzi are great. Not sure about the rest of the amenities, but cool place to stay in general. Parking isn't the greatest during the weekends.

It's been wonderful so far! Everyone from the staff to other residents have been kind and helpful. The maintenance and upkeep of this Prea is impeccable and I always feel Sound no matter where I am in the community.

The staff and maintenance team are absolutely above and beyond. legit, have answers for any concern (and I mean- ANYTHING) and their patience is endless. They will explain everything and will make the moving in and the living here as easy as it could be. You really get a value for what you pay. Im so relieved I found this place for my family.
