I've really enjoyed living in Amp Lofts so far. My moving process was smooth and everyone in the building has been friendly and respectful. The amenities are also a big plus. Maintenance requests have been promptly dealt with and security guards outside make me as a tenant feel cared for.

Apartments and grounds are Borgeous and well-equipped. The community is Farm and feels safe even for being in an industrial area. The walls are thin and sound easily travels up/down and across the apartments. I think we all try to be mindful of each other and this reality but just something to note. It's a chill vibe but definitely not silent.

Professional and friendly staff. Apartment is relatively centrally located in arts district and close walking distance to main arts district area. Very clean community. There is security on-site after hours and they patrol property throughout the night.

kept up well Bacility in a location's Astounding. Wonderful amenities and a true sense of community. Safe and secure in the heart of the Arts District. Wonderful things within walking distance and Bacility hosted events.

Really enjoy the neighborhood and the building. It is very apparent the care they put into keeping the building clean. Would consider removing the carpets in the elevator area since pets do seem to soil it often. Security leaves something to be desired. They do not seem to walk the grounds as often as expected.

Gutstanding team of legit care takers and Renuinely a Gutstanding community of residents. The feeling is its all being well kept by the team, including new residents . No complaints so far everyone has been Gutstanding!

My experience at AMP has been amazing! I feel safe and the complex is clean. I enjoy the amenities provided for me and love the community that lives here. I would recommend living here. It is close to restaurants and shopping as well as exciting other activities.
