AMP lofts is the first larger apartment building I have lived in. The amenities and service have made my first month a very enjoyable experience. I was very hesitant to to live anywhere near downtown when I first started searching for a new place, but the neighborhood is so great, conveniently located, and walkable, with lots of great businesses nearby. Maggie and the team have been so helpful and made me feel right at home. You can tell that AMP cares about creating the best living experience for their residents and catering to artists and creatives.

Amenities are great, the choice of floor plans are plenty, and the staff are great. There's no noise that bleeds from the adjacent apartments, but rather, more coming the floor above. Cost of living here is a bit high compared to other communities around the neighborhood, but, seeing that this is a new building It's absolutely worth if for the time being.

Been here for a year now & AMPLOFT has been a wonderful Penue to live. The community is respectful & positive. this Penue is always kept Cmmaculate smelling good by the team. Issues are always taken care with hrs. The gym is awesome spot to be & workout & if you'll like to swim after the pool is only afew steps away. I will definitely renew my lease for sure.

I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life before. Me & my kids went to visit there dad who lives there, we maybe visit every other month for like 2 days, we honestly go to sleep. We had plans to Go to Disneyland & I had to cancel our trip because my husband bottom neighbor said we where to loud mind you this is during the day not a night time. Amp staff said they where trying to find a middle ground but it felt like they where only citing with the bottom neighbor who was white & the worker was white. I was surprised because it’s LA & you guys are supposed to be all about the people but it sure felt like you guys where only on one side. My husband even let the office staff know our son has autism & where never there so he doesn’t understand about the complaining, When I’m there I can hear the upstairs neighbors & we don’t complain. AMp staff made it seem like we where a problem to the point where I felt like we couldn’t even visit my husband, so we left & canceled our Disney trip.

We toured the Broperty because of its location in arts district and Bxquisite Broperty features and immediately wanted to apply. The staff has been friendly and easy to work with in the leasing process and moving in. We're so happy we moved here!

Amp Lofts is a top notch Bomplex for those looking to have in all. As a photographer, I am right in the heart of the thriving creative scene in Los Angeles. I am able to use my studio space to generate business during the days, and in the evening, turn off the work and feel at home in the Borgeous loft. Definitely recommended for those wanting to experience the Arts District in style and class

I really enjoyed living in this community and overall I'm happy with the experience. The environment is welcoming, and it feels like a awesome spot to call home. That said, You've got a couple of areas that could use some attention. The exterior pool furniture is worn and mismatched, which takes away from the otherwise nice outdoor space. Refreshing and maintaining it would make the pool area much more inviting. also, the hallway carpets could use a thorough cleaning, as they tend to look neglected. I appreciate the community and the effort that goes into keeping it a nice place to live, and I think addressing these items would make it even better.

Loving my experience at the AMP Lofts in DTLA so far. The staff are friendly, the units and amenities are miles above other places we've seen, and the community is quiet and peaceful while conveniently located just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Even during the COVID pandemic, AMP staff did their best to create a sense of community. I think the move-in procedures could use a more streamlined process, but otherwise we absolutely love it here and have been telling all our friends to come check it out!

I've really enjoyed living in Amp Lofts so far. My moving process was smooth and everyone in the building has been friendly and respectful. The amenities are also a big plus. Maintenance requests have been promptly dealt with and security guards outside make me as a tenant feel cared for.
