Professional staff willing to go the extra mile. Maintenance is knowledgeable and works very hard. Office staff is there to assure any issues are resolved. The porters are on site daily and do very well at making sure the building is cleaned. Security is friendly but enforce the rules 9/10

It’s a really well kept building with great staff and amenities too. I really appreciate all the time and care that has gone into keeping everyone safe and happy as residents. It’s also an great apartment!

I’ve been living at AMP Lofts for a few months now, and it’s been a great experience so far. The building has a chic, modern industrial design, and I love how the units have high ceilings and large windows that let in lots of natural light. It’s situated on the outskirts of the Arts District, offering quick access to the freeway and easy walking distance to well-known restaurants, coffee shops, and gyms. It’s extremely quiet for downtown and feels safe. mgmt and maintenance have been friendly and helpful, and overall I’d recommend AMP Lofts.

The building and location are good. We like our floor plan and have made friends with lots of residents. The team that manages the building and operations is sometimes helpful and sometimes not. Those who are helpful, go above and beyond. Overall, a mixed experience but not awful. We continue to hope for improvements in customer service.

The apartment building was brand new in 2020 so everything is still pretty new and nice. In general, the people living in the building are great and make it a fun place to be. It's hard to get clear communication from the mgmt on safety incidents and we rely on our neighbors to keep informed. The building has a crazy amount of fire alarm testing.

AMP Lofts has been a awesome spot to live in DTLA thus far! The staff is legit and kind. Kay was my agent and she did a fabulous job assisting me with the move and any questions I had. The amenities are great and AMP Lofts recently set up a reservation system so people can use the gym and other amenities. Also, AMP Lofts is spotless and I always see someone disinfecting the surfaces and theres a plethora of hand sanitizer stations throughout the complex. The smart home technology and the modern, luxurious apartment amenities are just amazing and well designed. There's a two story underground garage as well. Safety is important to me and theres patrols at night, and accessing the elevator or building requires specific keys/apps which I find AMP Lofts did a great job on. After researching over 100 apartment complexes in LA, AMP Lofts is the one that has everything I want and more. If anyone plans to move to Los Angeles, I would HIGHLY recommend them checking out AMP Lofts. The luxury, amenities, modern lifestyle, location and the fabulous and jovial staff are just impeccable.

Moving process was awesome thanks to Q and Maggie. Private moving dock was great experience. I always see a security guard when I come home at night, feels secure. The place is quiet, I don’t hear my neighbors. So far I am enjoying my new home.

AMP lofts is the first larger apartment building I have lived in. The amenities and service have made my first month a very enjoyable experience. I was very hesitant to to live anywhere near downtown when I first started searching for a new place, but the neighborhood is so great, conveniently located, and walkable, with lots of great businesses nearby. Maggie and the team have been so helpful and made me feel right at home. You can tell that AMP cares about creating the best living experience for their residents and catering to artists and creatives.
